现在纽约地区审查官(或者 DMV 官员)没有起诉肇事者，其实不是他（她）的错，而是
因为纽约州市刑事案件的标准问题。不同于其它州，纽约的有关汽车杀人的法律比较特
殊：如果司机驾车杀人，只对酗酒或吸毒的司机起诉其“驾车杀人”罪或“凶杀”罪。
如果想起诉“过失杀人”罪，必须证明司机在肇事的时候是“罔顾后果”地在开车（
reckless driving）；这是一个比较难达到的标准；而在其它州“过失杀人”罪只需证
明肇事者和其他普通司机相比，开车时没有“合理谨慎”地开（fail to exercise
reasonable care），这是一个较低的标准。因此，地区审查官(或者 DMV 官员)在这个
案子上也是照章办事，无能为力。
那现在去 change.org 签名有可能让地区审查官改变不起诉的决定吗？答案是：几乎不

以前不减肥的时候真是不能理解为什么有人喝咖啡要放“假”的糖啊，放了一次
觉得好难喝都倒掉了；也不能理解为什么有人要和diet coke，觉得比起classic
的口味实在差太多。。现在终于能理解了，而且自己也慢慢的注意这些东西了。
阿氏官网说能喝diet coke，artificial sweetener每天也能少量摄入（3包）
，但是每包还是要算1g的net carb，公主之前发的情人节巧克力也用了
splenda/truvia，我看国内的人作baking的时候也有用木糖醇代替糖给
糖尿病人吃的，atkins bar的成分表里有含量不低的sugar alcohol。。
打算买点sugar substitute，去找了点东西看看。。

我的皮肤: 刚读完大学的时候脸上不停地长痘痘,大概过了2年终于停了..现在夏天皮肤
是混合偏油或油性,冬天是偏干,总之很难侍候. 而且皮肤有时容易敏感,对大多数的
