家庭医生说得了轻微关节炎，吩咐吃 Aleve。
我查查 Aleve象止疼药。我的医生特别喜欢上药。我最不赞成美国人象药罐子，是药三
分毒。Aleve网上还有副作用的说法。不知如果不吃，会不会恶化成骨刺什么的。轻微
关节炎能通过运动或其他自己好么？

1. 长跑引起的运动损伤, 如ITBS, shin splints, AT, plantar fasciitis, 都是因
为物理刺激引起的炎症反应. 炎症的临床表现就是局部的红,肿,热, 痛. 其中最讨厌的
自然是疼痛. (在中文的lay language 里感染和炎症经常混用, 其实不是一回事, 感
染是细菌,病毒等引起的, 感染必然引起炎症, 炎症不一定是感染)
2. 常用的非处方止痛药: 阿斯匹林, Aleve (naproxen), Advil (ibuprofen),
Tylenol (acetaminophen). 阿斯匹林因其副作用大, 用的人不多. Tylenol 只直痛,
不消炎. Aleve and Advil 针对炎症, 进而止痛.
3. 运动损伤急性期的home therapy的基本原则就是吃大米 (RICE: rest, ice,
compression, elevation). 同时可以用Aleve or Advil. 目的在于减轻炎症引起的疼

No. Tylenol is acetaminophen, primarily a fever reducer and pain reliever.
Advil IS Ibuprofen, which is an anti-inflammatory, also a fever reducer and
pain reliever. Tylenol will not help with inflammation. It may help pain,
but I would go out and get some Advil or Aleve. Aleve is also an anti-
inflammatory. Just go to a drug store and talk to a pharmacist. They may be

一片，现在左膝盖内侧下部的炎症已经90%消失了，走路完全正常了。
请问经历过消炎的各位老大炎症消退后多久可以重新开始跑步？
some background of my knee pain:
整整两周前9月22号中秋节跑水泥地跑伤得。大前天的斑马比赛加重。
当天赛后立刻断断续续冰敷了40多分钟。当天下午又涂CVS/pain
relieving gel，周一吃误吃大米，晚上吃鱼油，阿莫斯林，冰敷。
周二吃鱼油，Aleve，冰敷。今天周三就基本上好了。 |

第一周（月经来第一天开始算）：月经周
1. 补铁（菠菜、牛肉啥的）。
2. 月经第一天吃Aleve缓解经痛和头痛（不到痛不得以还是不要吃的吧，额是每次痛到
吐，要一整天在家做小月子的）。
3. 勤刷牙、勤floss，此时最容易蛀牙。
4. 如想减肥，可趁此周。
5. 第七天适宜胸部检查。
第二周：开心周
1. 各方面能力加强，抗痛能力加强，适宜安排洗牙或wax等疼痛作业。
2. 要做pap smear的话，此周末尾最适合。

AP报道小石城的一个911接线员接了911电话后没把这个call纪录到计算机里，而且在明
确急救车是不是出发前把和需要解救的人的电话挂了，结果导致急救车延误半小时赶到
现场。巧合的是需要被急救的人是个中国人，送往医院已经不治，小孩还在医院急救中。
这样的911接线员真是该死啊， 怀疑他（她）是3K党分子

我妈有风湿关节炎，这边或国内有什么有用的药么？或者谁有什么偏方？她遗传了我外
婆的，还不到60浑身疼，看得我很难过，很希望能帮她减缓一下。她老是悲观的说只能
疼到死了，没治了什么的，听得我很心酸。

缓解症状，日常不受bother
具体再看医生吧，不要让按摩师校正脊椎啥的下重手，疼的时候做treatment会更疼 |

顺便说一下，如果国内开了opioids类的会导致严重的便秘，laxatives要同时吃，

发帖数: 117 | 41 主要是右侧腰以下至脚痛。疼痛的地方游移不定，有时候靠近臀部，有时候又是脚背和
小腿前面。已经去了两次urgent care。拍了L3L4部位的x光片，说那里没问题。拍片的
原因是用小锤敲右膝盖那里没反应。两次不同的医生都只是建议吃一些OTC的止痛药，
比如ibuprofen, Tylenol, aleve之类，都不太管用。也试过oxycodone,止痛效果很好
，但是副作用太大。
今天买了几片lidoderm patch，贴的部位也只是痛感减轻，但是贴了之后其它原本不太
痛的地方又开始痛了。
请问这到底是什么引起的？还有什么办法或者药可以缓解？

celecoxib 只抑Cox-2。Cox-1有保护胃粘膜的作用，被抑制了有时胃不舒服。
celecoxib 只抑制Cox-2, 所以胃的副作用小，但价格也高而且是处方药。
因为都是NSAIDs，这些药不能同时服用。 |

p.s.所有止痛片都有副作用，权衡利弊后再决定吃不吃。俺娘是（肩周炎）疼的睡不了

发帖数: 36 | 50 昨天在大夫那里做了Endometrial biopsy (EB)，可以说是我最痛苦的一次检查。我从
来就不是一个娇气的人，自从来美以后，大大小小的检查，手术也经历了不少。这一次
可是说是最难以忍受的。检查后，我上网查了一下，有些人把这个检查列为比生孩子更
痛苦的事。当然，我也不想没必要的吓唬人，其实，对绝大多数人来说，这个检查的难
受程度这相当于比较剧烈的痛经。
不幸的是，我属于少数据网称有vasovagal reaction (不知道中文名是什么）的人。
现在回忆起来，有些准备工作，如果我事先多查一查，还是会有不少帮助的。现在趁还
记得，写在这里，希望能帮到将来有些姐妹们。
其实我的大夫每一步似乎都正确，但是timing却全不对。我到了诊所以后，先给了四片
止痛片（两片advil aleve, 两片tylenol).但是大概十分钟之后，我就被叫上了妇检台
（和pap smear同样的）。其实应该等半个到一个小时，这样止痛片才能发生作用。
接着大夫先做了一个超声波，然后再给用了一种药。 因为我之前签的手术通知上说的
