标 题: 定金付了，车到了，然后dealer 不卖了 入门级路虎

工作好几年了，一直开二手车，想着买辆入门的路虎新车，6个月前去dealer那里预定
了2014款的入门级别路虎。交了1000块定金。
今天dealer告诉我车到了，然后我过去打算买，比销售高一级别的销售经理检查了下我
的资料，突然又说我的驾照时limited term 不能卖给我，说是我有可能运出国。
我仔细问了，他告诉我不仅外国人运出去，美国人自己也运出去，所以不能卖给有限制
驾照的外国人（这什么逻辑？）。但是不管怎么样，他不接受持有 limited term 的驾
照的人买他的车。我必须得给资料证明我会一直呆在美国，这怎么证明？
真是气死我了，无缘无故被欺负。他还告诉我，我去其他dealer那里也一样
诚心求教各位怎么办？
法律上有啥办法么？定金都付了，等了6个月，然后他们不卖给顾客。 |
