少年阿里胡山(Ali Hussain)，身體老化速度是一般人的8倍，身體年齡已經高達110歲

這不是班傑明的奇幻旅程的電影情節，但的確有人生下來就已經衰老，只不過他不會愈
長愈年輕，而是愈來愈老。根據英國每日郵報報導，印度一名現年14歲的少年阿里胡山
(Ali Hussain)罹患罕見早老症，身體老化速度是一般人的8倍，身體年齡已經高達110
歲，看起來就像一個年邁的老頭。
阿里的爸媽是表兄妹，經父母安排而結婚，生了總計8個孩子中，6人患有早老症5人死
亡，剩下阿里和2個健康的姊妹。

题。从初学开始到后来，法语发音一直会是很大的问题。这个问题也影响了通过法语过

6月份就要到了，期刊新的影响因子基本定型，吐槽下一些期刊以供娱乐。
若有不当请提醒本人屏蔽某期刊的评论。
1）纯粹商业运作模式的Hindawi旗下期刊和当年温州人创业差不多，在来者不拒下大肆
出版捞取出版费的历程中，经过小范围的运作让更多的旗下期刊进出SCI数据库，一些
期刊被踢出SCI数据库。在积累了巨额资金后开始漂白，严格重视稿件评审，出版迅速
，有点类似暴发户开始注意自己外在形象一样。但按照影响因子分层次的收费让不差钱
的研究人员爱恨交加，欲罢不能。但从商业模式来看无疑是成功的，也许商业模式的期
刊运作更有利于科研成果的分享和推广。考虑品牌效应和长远效益，那种交钱就发的说
法是站不住脚的，当然，特定群体下的special issue出版征集总会有漏洞和投机行为
，你们懂的。
2)被一些人扯为水刊的Applied mathematics and computation曾经因为发表了大量的

Ben Ali has fled and been tried in absentia, Saleh has been seriously
injured in an attack on his compound and is recuperating in Saudi Arabia,
Mubarak faces the death penalty in his own country, and Gaddafi's

统治也门数十年的总统萨利赫(Ali Abdullah Saleh), 一向被媒体定性为“美国反恐的
忠实盟友”, 于是他的倒台被视为美国的灾难。这很好理解, 其实按照某些人的思维,
没有哪个独裁者的倒台不是灾难的、尤其是伊斯兰地区, 不要说萨利赫这样的, 连中东
疯狗卡大佐在“反恐”事业中也是不可或缺的, 甚至连非伊斯兰的南苏丹脱离巴希尔政
权的统治也“未必是福音”, 好了我们还是先回到也门。
Saleh真是“忠实盟友”吗? 他是跟美国合作杀了不少基地分子, 但要配得上“盟友”
这个概念(尤其还有“忠实”或“铁杆”之类的修饰语), 就算不要求他任劳任怨死而后
已, 至少不能两面三刀吧。下面看几个例子(都是远在Arab Spring之前的事)。

一战刚结束时, 埃及的大气侯是倾向西式自由社会的, 1919年独立运动成功后, 建立了
君主立宪和议会选举制度, 1923年宪法完全体现世俗化原则, 肯定男女平等与宗教共容
。那时埃及不但没有排犹运动, 甚至犹太复国主义组织也公开存在, 议会第一大党Wafd
(在总共211个议会席位中占有179席)的发言人Leon Castro就是犹太人。
革命成功了, 然后, 跟某负责任大国的历史类似, 十年后一个叫穆斯林兄弟会的组织开
始了建党伟业。起初也是没人鸟, 十年时间吸收的会员不过800余人。走运的是, 希特
勒同志为了打击英法在中东北非的势力, 开始下一盘很大的棋, 纳粹在开罗设立党支部
, 除了直接援助穆兄会大笔经费、文宣、以及武装训练之外, 还向埃及政府施压, 逼它
在全国开展反犹主义唱读讲传活动, 否则德国就抵制埃及的棉花; 埃及当局就范之后,
德国成为它的第2大进口商...这样一个个大单砸下去, 再加上被德国的经济奇迹亮花了
狗眼, 埃及社会各界终于在反犹和低人权优势这两个问题上形成了广泛共识, 入党(穆

17 Brigade's four-man team guarding the Benghazi consulate on Sept 11. He
says he and his team members had received "light" and "theoretical" training
inside the consulate from time to time, but never experience shooting
firearms.
