H1B transfer到新公司上班，hr让填I-9
身份那一项应该选An alien authorized to work(Alien # or Admission #)____
until (expiration date, if applicable)______吗？(其他似乎都不符合)
这个Alien #和expiration date应该在哪里能找到?

我的131收到了rejection notice（797C），让我再填一个新的131表。
这131表里面有个空让填“Alien Registration Number（A-Number）”。这个我上次是
空着的，可是这次是不是应该填上485receipt上的USCIS Alien Number？谢谢！
注：因为I-140 approval notice也有个A-Number，听说和485 receipt上的A-Number不
一定一样，所以特地来核实一下，怕哪里又填错。。。 |

两年前拿到140的 Approval －－－－ 140 form上的第 11项，就是Alien number.
140 form上，律师填的Alien number就是我 OPT EAD上的A number, 但从140 Approval
Notice上看，USCIS划掉这个数字，改成另外一个数字。
不知道这种差异会不会导致将来的问题。 |
