recommend Target store brand Up and Up. The quality is good enough
considering the price. I do hope they can improve the quality even with a
slightly higher price. Anyway, there is too much unnecessary perfume in
Pampers diapers, including the sensitive ones. Some babies are allergic to
those chemicals. |

milk based formula. Soy milk lacks a lot of nutrition value compared with
regular formula. You'd better get the doctor's approval before that. You can
try different brands of formula. Earth's Best Sensitive is the one my baby
likes. The dreaded DHA and ARA is in all the available infant formula in the
U.S. market anyway, so I'm not making a big fuss over it. |

around house. Eventually found that I am allergic to the laundry detergent,
the same one that we have been using for the past year. Apparently for me it
is accumulative, so it did not show a year ago. Also, soy milk somehow
intensifies it for me.

我家宝宝，版上很多姐妹都认识，过敏得离谱的孩子。从小就reflux，很严重的reflux，
不知道你家娃有没有被医生诊断为GERD，吃抑酸药吃到快两岁。因为allergic to all
food，加上非常严重反酸，他从小就吃特殊奶粉，直到两岁半还是奶粉，不会咀嚼
食物。两岁半时问题很严重，我们就找专人给他进行咀嚼辅导，专业人士的确不一样，
很容易发现孩子学习当中的问题所在。因为他不能吃东西，就给他一个咀嚼的棒棒咬，
但是他不喜欢，最后我们只好每天把芹菜切成细细的一条，让他练习。大概好几个月
吧，孩子还是嚼不碎东西，不过要有耐心，我们开始给他加些米，在他很饿的时候
给他吃一点，米饭做软点，看着他嚼，提醒他嚼，大人在旁边示范给他嚼，外加言语
鼓励，稍微还吓唬吓唬他，他就开始使劲嚼。如今孩子已经三岁了，软质的食物可以
嚼一些了，不过昨天给他试试汪汪米饼，他是宁可哭也不咬，说太硬了，没办法，只能
慢慢来，急不得，你急孩子比你更急。
我觉得找专业人士上门辅导挺重要的，我以前觉得不就是push孩子嚼嘛，有什么难。

给新妈妈们写个DIY找preschool／daycare的简单介绍吧。family care就不提了目的不
同，familycare是让娃吃好睡好玩好身体好。preschool是让娃开始受教育的同时吃好
睡好玩好身体好。如果发现自家娃开始对这个世界感兴趣了，有学习的动力了，不甘于
局限于自己的小天地了，就可以去上学了。。一般特别好的preschool都有waiting
list所以要提早。我找过的preschool里，最长的waiting list是２年。一般最好是春
夏季开始送学校，４－８月。实在不行夏秋也凑合。比如我家是８月底。冬天就不送了
。容易生病，不利于娃的生长发育。如果要求比较完美主义的家长要提前做好准备。不
