the new program began unexpected child processing that took up a lot of
space and valuable resources.

Right now, there are more max slots than players. Given the lack of quality
centers, Yao Ming should be able to get a max contract, even with concerns
about his health (he can probably work out for other teams to alleviate
their concerns). At least, he could use this as leverage to force the
Rockets (even if he wants to stay) to give him a longer contract.

knee pain. But I also do stretching and apply ice pack to my knees post-run.
So it is hard for me to say whether the strap itself is effective. Also my

People have to rely on their own immune system. That's why doctors
usually suggest rest and drinking fluid. The prescription usually given are
used to alleviate sympton, but not to cure the disease, which takes minimum
a full week to recover.
Be very careful with cold. It can result in Myocarditis. |

I think the reason why the insoles cause knee problem might be that
you lose some cushion when using special insoles, which is stiffer
than the original insoles coming with the shoes.
If you try to use forefoot or midfoot landing, it should help alleviate
the problem of too much impact on the knees. |

on heavy shots. What do you think of forehand chip or slice. That should
alleviate a lot tension off his forearm, while it won't change his style too
much?
I think with improvement on slice/chip back and serve, he can be a very
solid 4.0. If to get to 4.5, I would say, forehand chip slice, dropshots and
volleys (in that order). This is without making too much changes to his
current style. |
