Exactly what bacterial? How much allicin do you need. How much allicin each
split of garlic has. How much you can extract by putting garlic in water.
How often do you need to use it. How does it get into the sinus. Why only
one piece of garlic. Can I use two or three each time. Water soluble drug is
easily washed off and how do you maintain local concentration.

最初听到“肉骨茶”的名称,光看字面会以为是用茶叶做的什么料理。但其实肉骨茶跟
茶一点关系也没有,是一种排骨药材汤。
为什么肉骨茶有“茶”字?
那为什么名称中有“茶”字呢?有几种说法:
一个是,过去华人初到南洋创业的时候,生活条件不好,不适应南洋湿热的气候,所以
很多人就得了风湿痛。当时人们天天煮药,但因为忌讳说药所以就叫做“茶”。有一天
,有个华工偶然把猪骨掉到“茶汤”中,结果发现这个汤喝起来非常的香浓,别具风味
,就这样后来经过不断演化,就成了当地著名的美食了。
第二个说法是,早期华人在南洋很多人是做三轮车夫或在码头做苦力或是采挖锡米。为
了维持长时间的体力和适应热带地区的气候需要进补。那时的中医师把闽南及潮汕一带
的饮茶加以改良,并且使用胡椒跟一些药材配置成了肉骨茶包。让他们在 外出工作前
,可以炖煮排骨来增加体力。肉骨茶在当时是穷人家的食物。后来经过不断发展和改良
就成了新马华人社会的特色佳肴了。
