教普通小娃显然不能先教水下完全闭气啊，应该教 breath out slowly from your
nose, w/ your month closed. Then slowly go under the water like an alligator
. And keep blowing bubbles out from your nose, veli slowly.
当然一上来就让娃闭气，就好比直接上平衡木左右都不能偏，也不是不行。。。但这种
是直接去奥运金牌的节奏就是了。。。普通娃还是有难度的。

这不是开玩笑。。。首先自由泳严格要求水下 Slowly blow bubbles out from nose，
否则的话因为 draft force 会导致鼻子进水，而且呼吸时要呼吸吸气两个动作来不及。
而真的严格憋气时，还是要保持鼻子里的 air pressure 才可以不进水。
当然重度鼻炎患者另说，鼻子本来也不通气，闭上嘴巴就行了。

我车的左侧后轮胎的内侧磨损的很不均匀，大约５kmiles 之前换的新轮胎 现在肉眼可
以看出来 内侧磨损的是 凹凸不平
其他的轮胎没有这个问题
我在一个dealer那里检查了一下 给我的建议的是 悬挂中的 shock 要更换
但是我在另外一个dealer那个得到的结论是 悬挂没有问题
我也在本版问过 说是 要alligment
能不能给解释以下 为什么会出现磨损的凹凸不平呢 想不通啊 |
