differently but however it is you have to make sure the client does their
allocation right in accordance to the LPA. If the fund is
in a net gain position, you do carry (20% GP, 80&LP). Net loss - you

西方根本到底是最求利润，资本回报率的，封锁根本没有那么有效。并且ROE和capital
allocation和外资有什么关系？国内的行业，往往是对国内越开放，少限制的，外资
越是最后竞争不过民营企业。外资独大的，最后都是因为垄断得到中国政府的支持。何
况美国有Fed，FCC，中国也有反垄断法，外资要想垄断还是必须中国政府同意的。
官办的投资短期有效，用的多了，自然回报率差，如果你不同意这点，那也没什么可谈
了。

dealer)都联系过.基本上谈到想要2000以上off MSRP的时候就都没有回复了.有几个都
明确回答说他们allocation都用光了.最后是1800 off买到的并且还等了2个月.好像还
是那一段我知道的拿到得比较好的discount了.
同时还问了几家BMW的地雷X5报价,几乎没有什么努力就有小几千的discount了,估计认
真谈还有一定空间.
所以可能价格下调空间还是要具体车型具体分析的.库存数量,厂家给dealer的
allocation,市场demand等等都有影响. |

。新款335 xDrive大家确实都没有现货，要预订。只试了335i
目前有两家dealer报价，一家说他们今年到年底的“dealer allocation”有限，现在
只卖MSRP，另一家小dealer居然报invoice+300，有点too good to be true。由于他们
不是single branded BMW dealer （他们也卖audi和VW），allocation很少，订车要等
3-4个月，不过价格实在诱人。正在和他们进一步联络了解更多详情。
最大dealer还是没有报价，我周末去看了一下，没有335 xDrive, 于是试了328 xDrive
。正好下雨，在local小路上故意试了试急转弯，急停和地板油，没有失控迹象。也许
自己水平有限，没有试出极限情况
