信用卡都米有了, 困在酒店. 需要$1700, 我昨天就通过WestUnion给她汇了$
700到西班牙, 她今天又说要$1200因为误了飞机.
我就开始觉得有问题, (关键是通过WestUnion没有汇成功, 否则更是损失惨重)
刚刚看到她fb page才发现她email被hack了, 现在人在西雅图.
不知道怎样把钱追回来呢? 去WestUnion取钱不是需要ID认证的吗?

many. I can tell when you pick up your kids at Westwood Elementary. You
rarely see people like that. Hope this helps! :) Some of the houses in
Westwood are pretty new. There are alot of houses that were built after the
1990's. The lot sizes are also bigger than the houses in 4S. You should
really move to Westwood. It's a good place. It's also really safe, a good
place for your children. |

ahead of himself. he should feel lucky that he got few good drives at #16,

我会很努力地纠正她，希望可以eventually 两脚平衡。
上周日，那个manager，实际上就是我们skating rink门口冰鞋店的老板把我女儿右脚
的刀向外挪了，并且亲到冰场去看她滑，发现并没有help alot。于是他当时又把脚后
跟的几颗螺丝也向外挪了许多，这回她倒有点用刀内刃的意思了，但是实在挪动太大，
感觉跌跌撞撞的不会滑了。最后只好做罢，还是挪会了原来的位置。
另外，skating rink里碰到一个hockey高手，得有60岁了罢，白人老爷爷。每次去冰场
都能看见他，从无例外，滑的那是非常娴熟。于是上前请教为什么我女儿只用左脚
glide，他观察了一阵，立刻发现我女儿右脚是用外刀刃的，that's a bad habit，他
还说如果努力纠正，让她习惯右面膝盖向里弯，应该能慢慢好起来。正如这里几位高手
所说，看来纠正，practice alot是正道。
再次谢谢大家的建议，希望女儿能早日纠正。若有新发现，我会再向大家update。 |

5k/10k races on Sat and run 10-20mi on Sunday with my running group. I also
do interval run on Tue.
I think one important thing for a runner is to have a running group to run
and race together. The peer pressure and the comraderie will keep you going
and motivated.
Another thing is control weight. I try not to eat port or beef. I eat alot
of chick and fish and vegie and fruits... I eat alot of pasta/spagette

do you mean the maximun concurrent session is 80k? or daily unique session
is 80k? if it's the former, yes, that's alot of sessions. if the latter,
it's 80k/24 => 3k/hour => 50/minute => 1/second. that's only 1 session more
than 0 sessions/second. not alot. |
