大东西不管，小东西让他们修不值，很多很多情况都是来了人说这个因为bla bla
bla 我们不能cover. 可是contractor只要出来看了你就得付copay, $60左右。
随便给几个例子。炉子会莫名其妙发出哒哒哒哒打火声，来了打开检查的时候看见一个
不到一厘米长的死虫子，不是蟑螂，是某种甲壳虫。说不管了，这是虫子弄的。
暖气不能启动，来了说你这个是七几年的original的了，安装方法已经不符合现在
的building code. 不能修只能换。但是换他们不cover.
房里的电源outlet有点乱，有的没电。来了说你这个线路被alter过。alter过的不管。
来的电工跟我说，99%的wiring problem，home warranty公司都是不管的。以后不用
找他们了。
唯一修了的是一个炉子上面的抽风机，折腾了三次，历尽艰辛order了很老的part,
终于又转了。60块copay. 其实这个东西最便宜的只要三四十块。handyman就可以装。
就是说七八十可以换个新的了。

本着我不入地狱，谁入地狱的大无畏精神，来揭一揭这个2/3万的教训。
美国装修都要申请，否则就会被罚钱，特别是纽约，至少1500到几千不等。不要指望可
以混过去，因为老美会到Town里告发你，区越好越这样。而且每个TOWN还有人巡逻。
因为我认识个师傅手艺很好，找熟人装修放心，工作忙没时间监工只能包工包料。但他
只有纽约的执照，所以在Flushing找了个Contractor专门帮我申请许可证。
然后我的梦魇开始了，先花了老长时间申请就不用说了，其中改图改了好几次。
第一次rough inspection，就contractor自己来，水工电工都没有出现。
电工Inspector一来所有都Fail，让我出证书的电工直接打电话给他。然后我才知道，
这个电工和Inspector有个人恩怨，而且inspector还收钱。只好让Inspector推荐了

entire handle and not just concentrated at the end. So yes, it adds weight,
yes it will alter balance, but no, it won't alter it THAT much - in fact,
probably not as much the variation you get from the manufacturer (with the
exception of Fischer with their 1% tolerance)
I have seen 2 stock K90 that has VASTLY difference balance. My personal
experience with Wilson's PSC6.1 tells me that no 2 are balanced the same.

有分数的币毕竟只是少数，大部分的币都会因为这样或者那样的原因只给级别而不给具
体分数。实际上，有很多没有分数的币也是值得收藏的。而且因为各个阶段评级政策的
松紧不同，有的时候没分数的币，重新再送评完全可能得分。我曾经听过一枚币送评20
多次最终从UNC变成MS 65分的故事。但是这枚币是一枚本身价值就极高的币。所以如果
要反复送评之前，先应该想想这枚币到底值不值得折腾。
那么如何挑选没有分数的币呢？我们就着PCGS没有分原因的列表来一条一条来分析。

锉边币我觉得要看边有多差，这种一定要上手，因为看留样图是无法判断边的损伤情况
的。如果只是有几个小地方有一些rim damage，币面状态好是可以买的。如果整个币的
边被挫过，那尽量低价买。
