本人因工作原因需要转租Alterra Overlook 一室一厅。
小区有健身房游泳池室内篮球场桌球室等。
如果有需要的话，租金我每个月可以给补贴，具体价格可以商量。
合同到期后与物业续租我就不再负责了。
合同五月下旬到期，可以从现在开始租到5月底，也可以短租。
不需要押金，随时入住。

面向东南。
公寓位于Revere，紧挨着US-1号公路。20-30 分钟到NEU/BU
楼内设施非常齐全(Club room, Movie theater, 台球室，健身房，游泳池，篮球场，
瑜伽房，儿童室，会议室，打印室，电脑房，所有包裹Leasing office免费帮收)。
小区内有网球场，遛狗的playground，孩子的playground（滑梯等）。
小区每天早上有免费shuttle 至 Haymarket Station/State Street Station／Malen T
station，晚上有回程的shuttle
房内有独立的洗衣机烘干机，房间和客厅是新换的地毯, Walk-in Closet

GardenCrest Apartments @ Waltham, www.gardencrestma.com
One Webster @ Chelsea (may not be a good neighborhood)
Lincoln Heights Apartments @ Quincy
Alterra at Overlook Ridge @ Revere, www.alterraoverlook.com
Granada Highlands Apartments @ Malden, www.granadahighlandsapartments.com
and all the Archstone apartments around Boston (I didn't consider any of
them because they are slightly more expensive and generally don't allow dogs
).

ten faxon这类的，Malden有160, Medford有Arborpoint station landing和75SL之类的
160我就不推荐了，太TM吵了。
Medford那两家貌似还不错。
别的还有Melrose的oak grove village和Revere的Alterra at overlook ridge
后者稍便宜，但貌似经常有car break in
您家如果两口子都工作的话，这点房租应该还好了。
居住环境优雅舒适是很重要的，人的心情都会好很多。
人应该对自己好一点。 |

west coast, I have to sublease my room ASAP, the contact will end this June,
but you can extend it with my discount price then.
About the room:
This is a 2 bed room and 2 bath room apartment, I am subleasing the master
bed room along with an independent bathroom
Living room with 5 big windows
