Althrough MS said using exceptions would not bring too much performance penalty,
I doubt it. Java will have performance penalty when using exceptions especially
for JIT VMs. You can find infromation from IBM.
If the error is really a "wrong opertions", just use exceptions for good code
management. But don't abuse exceptions. I have seen some guy used exceptions
for the situation that would happen > 20% probability. That's really not

problem with my IE. it pop up a msg for sth about dw20.exe when i was trying
to switch website using address drop down memu. i tried to click both "
allow" and "dont allow". it still shot down my browser. feel like my pc got
virus. i can only type the address in to open the website, but i dont feel
safe. althrough i have norton, dont know why the virus was still able to get
in. could some pro here help me out - how to g |

but make sure the delay line can be locked, which means you should know T is
in some range so that you know how many delay cells you should put in the
delay line.
