- 工具一定要好。不一定贵，但是需要的一定得买。举个例子，炒四季豆都过一下水，
我以前用筷子夹或小漏勺，很烦。那天看见Colander, 才明白专门用来干这个的。(再
次证明：我这个人比较后知后觉，对得起名字). How to boil water第一页列了密密麻
麻十几排，好多我不知道。看了才明白：只要你干着嫌麻烦的，多半有很好用的专用工
具。Alton Brown还有本Kitchen Gear的书，翻翻没准能看到解决你问题的。
- 一边做菜一边收拾，基本上做完收完。做菜需要空间，一般人都没有专业厨房，东西
堆多了，难免出错，一会找不到，一会碰地上了。把所有佐料准备好，码得整整齐齐再
做菜，那是录节目。 |

宜merlot也成，主要是剩下的还可以做pasta sauce, meet loaf什么的。有的菜谱里要
用白葡萄酒，目前还没专门去买过，都是家里现成的，逢年过节的时候人送的，我们都
不怎么喝，所以与其浪费了，还不如做菜。
Alton Brown有一集里专门说如何选红酒做菜，4个指标里选，忘了是哪4个指标了，跟
酸度，body什么的有关。选做菜的红酒和用来喝的不大一样，价钱是一个考虑因素，但
是complement味道可能是更主要的。 |

giada确实做作，我也绝对不看她的东西。
我喜欢alton brown，非常有才华。
喜欢guy，虽然他很粗，但是很好玩，哈哈，跟着他四处跑，看他吃的时候，我也馋。
喜欢sandra lee，semi homemade，这个应该是针对工作女性市场的，忙了就没时间从
头做，她教主妇们怎么运用market里的东西做出美餐来，她还会教你怎么摆设餐桌，不
同的occasion，不同的装饰哦。她长得漂亮，亲切，高雅却又非常平实，down to
earth却又不俗气。有她这样的妻子，应该很幸福吧！
喜欢Bobby Flay的throwdown，还挺有看头的。我喜欢路人赢，他输的时候。
看iron chef，我还是很欣赏morimoto的。听不懂他的话，但是他做的东西最合我胃口
的样子。
另外同意，travel频道的美食节目做得好玩多了！
电视娱乐节目里面，我最最最爱的是 no reservations by Anthony Bourdain, hands

可能热爱烹饪是来自骨子里的，平时没有事情的时候就会琢摸明天的早餐，午餐。冰箱
里还剩余什么，怎么样搭配利用比较合理。真的已经演变成为一种本能，而且从中得到无数乐趣。但是无奈，水平也处
于菜鸟起步阶段，但是一直乐在其中。
比如，早餐一直是我最喜欢的一餐。因为可以吃碳水化合物，而且还不用觉得内疚。无
奈weekday平时只有简单的面包，牛奶代替，而到了周末就会有计划的变换着吃。对我而言，早餐还是讲究效率。谁
也不想睡眼惺忪的起来忙活一个多小时准备它，这样也就冲淡了对于早餐的乐趣。所以能够头天准备好的材料都准备上
，尽量让第二天早上的劳动量减少到最小。就像今天早上的pound cake一样，头天全部准备好放入模具里盖上保鲜
膜，然后周末起来扔进烤箱，一会满屋飘香，就可以开吃早餐了。
最近的饭菜，年三十去给别人做厨子，着实让我受宠若惊了下，从开胃小食到最后的收尾甜点都好好准备了下，还好没
有搞杂让大家都吃的算是开心。对我来说，煮饭这个是事情定必须是互补，若是家里两个人都爱，那么就变成一件矛盾
的事情了。就像我最怕就是别人动我的灶台，好像也过于霸道，但是看到别人在灶台上心... 阅读全帖 |
