Hua Ting Hui teams...
it has been almost 10 years, still no alumnae who went to college
in 90s or 00s who can play in 1900+ level?
i think we need to do more work to dig out more young high-handers...

strongest alumni, it would include 2700 Khoa, 2500 Truong, 2400 Sean,
2300 Sally, even their team 2 would have 2100-2300 players, like Roger,
kevin, andrew, MJ is also their alumnae. |

students
can not play yet since they are not alumnae yet, so Khoa qualified whereas
Truong doesn't.

it is about passion to our school, XJPmm was born in China, she is
the niece of Nan Da's #1 lady player, she did go to BJ Tsinghua for
3 month Summer school, she had some formal training at little age,
(from the big 4 generation pingpong family)
Other schools complain due to her level (1900+), i don't think there
is any 4-5 year Tsinghua lady alumnae who could play at her level
besides Lisa. |

【采访手记：2002年3月，我在东京小住，一个偶然的机会，认识了85岁的老人永山
央先生。老人盛情邀请我到家喝茶，在永山老人家里，他让我看一批保存了六十多年的信
件、照片等等。我非常惊异，老人说，这是他义母王兰的信。
在这些物件中，我看到了一张非常熟悉的照片，在我的母校北京大学一百周年的校史
展上，我曾经见到过它，那是三位最早进入北大的女生的合影，其中两位是旁听生，而永
山老人提到的王兰，是北大正式招收的第一位女生。
面对着这些发黄变脆了的信件，我立刻意识到自己正在触摸一段被尘封了半个多世纪
的记忆。】
我是1917年9月6 日在日本的岐阜县出生的，家里有父母、一位哥哥、两位姐姐。哥
哥26岁时患结核去世了。不久，小姐姐病逝。同一年，父亲因脑溢血半身不遂，很快也去
世了。我的母亲在短短的两年里，办了三个亲人的葬礼，精神和身体几乎都被巨大的悲伤
压垮了。

建议申请phd programs rather than master programs, cause many BS phd programs
perfer those students with good background in science. For example,Dr Pan at
MIT, an alumna of SJTU, majored in physics before she tranferred to finance. |

together for lunch buffet at Woburn, MA. The most senior alumnus joined ZJU in
1981, while the most junior alumna joined ZJU in 1998. Much excitement was
brought up when we found out we knew many people in common. At the end of
meeting, we all agree to kick off a mailing list for future contact and
