The Obama administration has frozen $30 billion in assets belonging to the
regime of Libyan strongman Moamar Gadhafi who one top American official
today said was "delusional."
The White House's actions came just hours after the European Union imposed

two weeks because of a back injury suffered while swimming, according to

中国政协副主席董建华近日在接受美国媒体采访时，除了半官方的回应习近平前段时间
未现身是因为游泳时伤了背部之外，还透露了现任中国最高领导人胡锦涛在18大后或将
继续担任军委主席一职，延循江泽民交班胡时候的情况，不会裸退。
在这次访问中，当被问及习近平会否如预计般成为中国下任领导人，董建华回应称，他
从来没有怀疑这事，并且他还暗中透露18大召开时间，称相信中共十八大将在10月举行
。此外，董建华更指出，他相信国家主席胡锦涛，很大可能继续担任中央军委会主席一
