一个是用pearl barley煮水加点儿柠檬和蜂蜜，代替咖啡，抗疲劳。剩下的pearl
barley 别扔，当主食吃掉。另外一期里提到这东西比brown rice还适合减肥（好像是
，记不太清楚了，我都是一边儿忙别的一边儿看，都看的断断续续的，但是印象中是
pearl barley，然后是brown rice，最后是white rice。）
这一期是pearl barley代替那些精细碳水，有助于减belly fat。belly fat还和stree
有关系。
精细碳水容易让人更紧张更容易饥饿，用anti-inflammatory foods，如barley,
buckwheat and amaranth代替白米白面。 |
