虽然Lunesta的生物半衰期比Ambien长一倍（六小时比两三小时），
但比如说提到Lunesta可能会导致痛经；而且连续服用一到两个礼拜后，

吃，吃了12片而已，剧烈的副作用持续一年多，差点把我逼疯。即使是ambien，也有很
大副作用，是不能连续吃超过7天的。不然有耐药反应，一旦停药会有自杀倾向（不光
是ambien，安眠药都有这种付作用。何况ambien在美国被称为zombien，你查查去。副
作用很多！不是危言耸听，自己查查美国人的论坛）。医生给他癫痫的药，因为他觉得
你老公神经紧张，而治疗癫痫的药是会帮助放松神经的。那药开始吃非常舒服（这种药
甚至被吸毒的人混在毒品里用过，因为会跟毒品有类似效果），但是可能需要他付出一
辈子来抵抗药的副作用（看他怎么断药，药量多少，个人体质等等。美国论坛上有人吃
了1个多月的药，结果二三十年来一直有不正常的神经，心理及身体反应）。 |

换种安眠药也好不到哪里去，因为都是一样的工作原理啊，是会把人吃傻的。
治疗失眠可以试下sleep aid kit，一般里面会有cd，教你怎么放松，我用过，还行。
另外让你老公试下瑜伽，睡前1小时做最好。ambien全停之前不要吃中药，因为即使是
中药，也是作用于神经的，和ambien会发生作用。 |

我也有不眠症，怀上以前就有。 一直吃AMBIEN。 可以一天睡7-8小时的样子。
怀上以后，还是可以吃AMBIEN。 但是我向医生要了口服PROMETRIUM。 200MG/NIGHT。
可以睡8-9小时的样子。 还是断断续续的睡。 过了1st trimester, i may have to
go back to Ambien. Will see.

一旦处于连续没有睡好的几天，人状态差，非常希望当晚能睡好，会病急乱吃药。现在
觉得安眠药一类的是不敢吃了。我ambien,lunesta,舒安定，trazadone,都吃过，都是
一开始有效果，后来就难说，而且副作用大，有类似失眠的朋友可以参考。我benadral
, melatonin(脑白金）吃了有一年半，说实话，真的那几天失眠严重的日子里，也不管
用。中药相对来说对我的失眠的效果相对稳定点，至今，我没有不良反应，不过看到几
位其他大虾的看法，我有点怕怕的。
我自从上个周四吃完中药，就马上吃清脑复神液，但是还是失眠，上周5，6只是睡得不
好（5，6小时？），没有完全失眠，周日周1晚上吃了ambien把自己搞得更痛苦（躺了2
，3小时没有睡着，心理着急，就吃了）。这周2，3，4晚上我只吃了melatonin 3mg,

我想我去吃药好了，吃安眠药吧，ambien好，吃了啥都不记得。约了医生，居然一下子
就约上了。
这次约上的医生居然是我的师母……我要疯了。我说给我点ambien就好。她穷追猛打，
不断炮轰般问我问题，我能避就避，最后实在无法避了。她分别给了我一张anxiety和
depression的问卷让我填。我在那里挣扎了很久不知道到底说实话还是说假话好。最后
填的大多数是真实的，只是将程度说轻了一级。
最后终于拿到一堆ambien，她说你不会overdose吧。我嬉皮笑脸说，不会啦不会。
TMD我受不了了。

all in all, i don't think relying on medicine for insomnia is the way to go,
personally i'm very leery of ambien, put a patient on ambien once and he
came back with 4 points restrain,
if depression is the cause for insomnia then treat depression, again
personally i tend to sleep more and eat more when depressed, all drugs have
side effects, some do work pretty well though, but then again so is ECT
which works wonders for depression, not many people dare to try it, neither
physicians/psychiatris |

发帖数: 228 | 18 前天晚上因为宫缩痛，一晚没睡，到了5点才洗个澡后睡觉。本来前天晚上就想去了，
那个时候频率自己感觉几分钟一次，没看时间。后来洗澡后，倒是降下来了，然后又睡
着了，所以没去医院。
昨天白天没事。昨天晚上又故技重演了，8点左右15-20分钟一次宫缩。我有点受不了了
，预计这样到了半夜撑不住还是要去医院的，就拉着lg去了。
到了那里，上了宫缩检测，半小时才一次。开指还是2，和上周一样，就被赶回来了。
开了安眠药ambien，还挺管用，起码昨晚睡了个好觉。我查了一下，ambien是category
C,偶尔吃一次应该没事吧。
早上药性过了以后，很早起来了，因为还在继续宫缩。躺在床上更难受。现在测了一下
，10分钟一次，疼痛程度是这几天来最酸痛的。
好心的jm给我预测一下，大约我何时才能511啊。每次宫缩的时候太难受了！！！ |

去一次，下次，是三个月后，我的医生真是好，过去两年自我否定的时间里，从来不
force me, 最难过的日子里，打电话留言给我，to make sure i am ok。 上月底带了
花给她 as a way to show my appreciation。
本来好很多了，but last week, 出门三天，可能累到了，所有的症状又回来了，背痛
的想呕吐，手脚冰凉。but, i think it's ok，i've learned how to deal with it.

Most sleeping pills make you drowsy the next day, so not recommended.
If the problem is very severe, consult a doctor. There is a very good sleepi
ng pill called ambien, which is super powerful and minimizes next day's drow
siness. Prescription is required. In that case, have a try at home first. |

that's ok, 4000-6000 lamp hours cover ~5 years if you do not watch tv too
much.
the only problem is that you can not watch it under bright ambien light. you
have to close curtains and doors during the daytime. I had this problem
because my projector is set up in the living room. Watching movies in a
bright sunny day requires me to close all window blinds. |

Melatonin helps to reset circadian rhythm, but may not be effective for

and if still not working,i've tried prosom and ambien, both of which work
well but require prescription. i've never had any trouble getting the
prescription from my doctor though.
