这个要看你的最终目的是什么了。
首先你要问你自己，你是个非常有ambition的人吗？如果你的志向是想在这个领域搞出
点名堂，就是国内说的那种有点光宗耀祖那意思的话，坦白的说要么你遇到牛人老板，
要么你的方向非常只有潜力，要么你有中彩票的运气，否则可能还真是有点困难。我想
楼主你应该是国内的博士，不说国外的人究竟多认同国内的文凭，单说英语交流的问题
，就需要一些年去适应。我周围的lab，普遍来说，国内直接出来的博后的英语水平比
考出来念书的学生差。如果英语交流有问题，多少对于你发文章，和老板交流idea，和
collaborator沟通等有一定的影响，更不用说去给talk接受提问了。不过如果楼主的英
语水平了得，我以上的话就是白说，不用参考。
但是如果楼主你不是有ambition的人，而且你是想待在美国，可以接受平庸但健康愉快
的生活，那么你就接着往下看，
拿绿卡，就如楼上几位所说，有的很快，有的很慢。所谓快的，都是背景很优秀的，比

看着相当赞，附送的居然是mini版的wireless ANT stick, 放ebay上估计能卖50刀，
算下来比garmin swim还便宜了，相对于税前140刀 ：）
的确比310薄不少，可以把设定成time of Day, GPS关掉，平时也能当手表带，估计也能
带个把月，一点也不嫌大. swim mode大概看了看，的确很多option, 赞！ 今儿找机会去
泳池试试...

说起来他是我的半个同事，刚开始一起合作一个课题。虽然说同事之间不可以谈朋友，
但是我们的情况有些特别，我们的两个老板好像非常希望看到我们走到一起。我年纪很
大了，有时我的老板和我聊天的时候会有意地向我提示这些（我们的两个老板是非常要
好的朋友，这里的工作环境好像一个很大的家庭。）
他们家家境还好。他一直到大学上的都是私立学校。然后在微软工作了两年，再后来在
一个东部top3学校读了MS（2年），Ph.D.（5年），再后来，就在本地做博士后。他读
MS时出了2篇论文，Ph.D.最初也出了一篇，然后一直到毕业一片空白。3年postdoc只出
了两篇论文（一篇第一作者；一篇第二作者，但第一第二第三作者同等贡献）。他的博
士论文一直到现在还在试着发表。不知道他做事情怎么这么不着急。他好像没有一点危

学抹黑了，这种藐视侮辱女性的行为为世人所不耻。这种性爱竞赛是组织里面的成员需

记者：王安忆曾经讲过，跟你在一起能谈艺术。我想她的意思是能谈对路、谈到点子上。虽然这些年，讲到艺术你多半是一副不好意思再提的样子，但说实话，你是敬畏它的对吗？
