阿里巴巴集团旗下的阿里巴巴影业集团（Alibaba Pictures），9日宣布与奥斯卡大导
演史匹柏（Steven Spielberg）所执掌的Amblin Partners签下投资协议，将在中国合
作制作与投资电影。
阿里巴巴影业将入股Amblin，计划在全球与中国合作制作、宣传与发行电影。这是近两
年来电影业合作热潮中的最新一桩交易案，目的是替美国打开即将成为世界最大票房市
场的中国。
这桩投资案，代表阿里巴巴影业与马云个人迄今对电影制作最全面的投入。阿里巴巴对
投资电影一向很挑，偏向于投资特定电影，例如最新完成的“不可能的任务”系列影片
，并要求取得股权，以及可在旗下多个网络影音平台的播映权。
马云表示：“对中国消费者来说，对于优质的国外内容，需求愈来愈高。这项合作可作
为文化桥梁，对下一代中国消费者带来正面影响。”

未来全面战略合作的一揽子协同发展计划。阿里巴巴集团董事局主席马云与Amblin
Partners董事长史蒂文•斯皮尔伯格出席，并进行了一场对谈。马云在对谈中，
谈到中美英雄电影的文化差异时表示，中国电影里的英雄总会死去，而美国电影里的英
雄都会胜利。
在对话现场，主持人问到如果马云和斯皮尔伯格互换身份，马云成为一个导演，他
最想拍什么电影，马云说道：“我已经是一个电影导演了，这么多年我都在导演‘阿里
巴巴’这部电影。这部电影的精彩之处就是我们生存下来了，而且非常幸福。我希望每
部电影，包括阿里巴巴都有一个健康、快乐的未来作为结尾。我不喜欢悲剧结尾的电影
，我希望大家在看完电影后都很高兴，就像斯皮尔伯格的电影那样。”
斯皮尔伯格表示，在美国电影界有评论认为他的电影结局太美好，而现实世界并不
如此，“但我会非常坚持这一点，我喜欢电影都有一个好的结局。”
谈到东西方文化差异，斯皮尔伯格认为，如今中国通过媒体越来越了解美国，而今
