突然开车门，骑车的肯定刹不住。
我在国内一次骑车被这样，还是校园内，的士司机来出来问，那个开门的乘客傻不拉几
的一点反应也没有，当时没检查了下自己还好，就算了。后来他们走后三四分钟，手指
5秒内眼睁睁的看着肿的跟香肠一样，估计是血管爆了，自己去的医院。
在美国波士顿的时候，也有一次。波士顿骑车都是左边开着的汽车，右边都是停着的车
，得在中间骑。一个中年白大妈也是突然开车门，还好还有那么一点距离让我反应，我
当时还有点专心，急急的绕开去了，那大妈在后面，oh my god, 一直说sorry，我挥挥
手没停下来。
突然开车门，如果撞上来的不是自行车而是汽车，伤的就是开车门的，

作为一个扭漂，多说两句，这种事在纽约这个奇特的城市其实还是比较好理解的，不用
说救猫这么具体的事，就是每天495/278上因为某些bitch/asshole开车不注意/又不花
钱维护车造成的完全可以避免的accident，每天造成的traffic，可以用hours来统计了
吧，每次堵了半天，路过accident现场，我就想这些bitches给社会造成多大经济损失
啊。另外就是每天乌拉乌拉疾驰而过的firetruck，ambulance，有他妈多少都已因为芝

話說滯留關口的遊客170幾，如果是二三十人，估計已經請去飲茶了。但170幾人，還是
大叔大媽。。。當香港旅遊協會居中調停，邀請內地旅行社，台灣旅行社過到落馬洲口
岸解決。大媽們一看到旅行社的人就衝上去打罵。更精彩的是，一個大媽忽然就地躺下
，一邊聲嘶力竭地哭喊一邊滾地。。。滾著滾著，忽然暈了？ ！ 馬上召ambulance ,
送醫院。。。
如果香港政府強行清場，首先大陸民眾肯定不爽。其次，170幾人，按兩個警員抬一個
，至少出動350警員，而且按香港警隊條例，大媽需要女警員執行。萬一大媽們都發飆
滾地， OMG，不但要調大批女警，還要call齊全香港救護車，準備大媽暈倒時送院。。。
香港警隊對付土匪黑社會都算有經驗，但對滾地哭鬧的大媽實在缺乏經驗。抗議沒
問題，但不能撒潑滾地啊。 |

NYC这里是有top emergency的. 我见到过一次, 公园围栏有个人趴着, 我看到的时候不
知道趴了多久, 然后看有人call 911. 不到5分钟ambulance就到了. 也有夏天中暑, 上
次女饼quinn的场子, 等了1个小时还是多少救护车都没来, 女饼抗议, 被很多专业人士
骂, 因为中暑这事优先度不够高.
美国这里倒是经常报案人讲述不清, 错误评估emergency优先度导致延迟的. 还有上次
nyc更新系统(又是巴马那种关系it公司)导致大量的延迟. 平常的emergency到达速度都
很快. 譬如报警, 3-5分钟绝对出现了. 如果是重大事故, 救护和消防往往比警察还快.
虎肉教授很多是不知道发什么痴. 这种显而易见的事实还要搅混水.
国内有个accident, 常识是第一优先call亲属, 而不是警察和救护. 大连以前有个球员
, 被相好买兄杀人刺了好几刀. 就是喊他3叔开车送医院. 等救护车就死定了.
国情不同. 别装傻卖痴. 虎肉教授在国内遇到accident了还死等救护车, 那就真是不知

在医院里工作就知道，各种consent文件chart太tm多了，还越来越多，医生护士很多时
