700，22,400。草泥马奔腾而过，放弃23,500的底线，我说这样吧，鉴于过去我在这做
service，你们还有service credit给我（这个说实话我真不知道有，不过也就200块）
，23,000成交！
这哥们摇摇头说，no！我们auction你这个车就22K这个价，谈崩了走人，前后一个小时。
比较搞的是走之前，我说你们把deposit退给我，丫居然说不行，只能算以后订车的
credit，我说你再仔细想想，当时你在email里说无条件退款。
下午给我打电话，基本意思就是，trade in价格还没消息，礼拜一给回复，但是确认
deposit一旦车卖掉可以全退，但是不知道多久卖掉，要是一年的话还得扣你一年，我
说你搞笑呢吧，这么热卖的车你两个礼拜走不掉嘛。

饰先不说，操纵上毫无特色，比explorer和Durango 还差，更不要说和德国车比。起价
看似便宜，不过把主动被动安全系统和一些其他车在base trim就提供的amenities加上
后一点也不便宜，如果没有很大折扣的话比同等配置的highlander和pilot都贵，这车
还一点不保值。新版比老版小了很多，第三排空间拥挤，感觉更差了。这车如果拿不到
一万以上的折扣购买根本不划算

20分钟以内的车程。Reston, Herdon和Fairfax是我比较看好的地方~
时间：June 1st起租最好，实在不行六月中间起租也可以，最迟七月初。
租金：希望加上utility控制在700以内。
然后还有些其他的期望，满足最好，不满足可以再商量 :)
1. 干净，最好是木地板，房子比较新；
2. 有车库可以免费停车最好，如果没有的话，这个停车费不要太高。。；
3. 能有带community amenities最好，最好有个游泳池啊啊啊啊（这算是个奢望么。。
