我的开户银行是Bank of America.所以找他们做的pre-qualified letter.
经手的loan officer是在德州的，算是远程。但是动作还挺快，电话email回复都很及
时。
所以，原来考虑也可以找她做贷款。
但是我周围的同事，以及买房的经纪人，以及律师，个个都强烈建议我不要找Bank of
America做。说他们以前很好，这两年变得非常糟糕，特别慢，而且今年可能贷款这一
块会有大变化。还说，loan officer其实只是sales person,只管忽悠，真正开始贷款
了，就变得非常慢。

换人民币，bank of america居然给的汇率是5.7. 转了2万美元，变成人民币114000元
。国内汇率目前6.06，比较直接转美元，就可以取到121200人民币，算起来损失1200美
元。今早打电话给客服，说如果cancel wire transfer, 我会要付国内银行
的cancel fee, processing fee， 而且要几天后才会有效，bank of america将按当天
汇率换回美元。

开出 CHECK 那头的银行已经 CLEAR 了这张 CHECK。

cents beating analysts' estimates.

Bank of America Corporation today reported net income of $653 million, or $0
.03 per diluted share, for the first quarter of 2012. Revenue, net of
interest expense, on a fully taxable-equivalent (FTE)1 basis was $22.5
billion, including negative valuation adjustments related to changes in the
company’s credit spreads of $4.8 billion pretax, or $0.28 a share.
