一直没有收到回复。
上 americanexpress.com，所有卡都被加上了。
仔细看twitter，所有账户，发现以前的 @AmexOffer 回复全都没有了。
大家有相似情况吗？ |

品卡（通过amexoffer弄来的），报上号码以后，寄了几百的支票。
sony网在美国倒闭后超过一年了，我想买个东西时才发现倒闭了，我打电话过去，人家
也是二话没说，报上卡号寄支票（也是通过amexoffer囤积的好几百） |

前陣子發現網路上不能用gc，客服也沒辦法，讓人很不高興。後來我就打電話，要求跟
supervisor談，再BBB跟FTC, https://www.ftc.gov/about-ftc
基本上就是說，我知道你們說gc不退款，但你們也說gc可以在網路上用。你們這麼大家
的一間公司，一個gc的介面修了幾個月還修不好（應該是2017四月多開始的），不是你
們IT太爛、就是故意不讓用，減少消費者的使用意願，至少也省了運費。
然後幾天後就收到電話，說要給我coupon可以在網路上用，但只能用一次。我說我不要
只能用一次的東西，請退我支票，然後就退我了。大概$170
祝各位順利。我再也不會買這家的東西了
