Lactic Acid (Costco has AmLactin which is extremely useful and convenient,
you can use AmLactin on any skin surface)
or Salicylic Acid in conjuction with Lactic Acid (Salicylic Acid makes
lactic acid more penetrable to remove dead skin cells).

.
on top of that you can use any emollients or moisturizers (for example
cetaphil) that are not irritating to your skin. but using steroids +
emollients alone won't help.
for vinegar, if your skins are sensitive you need to dilute vinegar with
water or distilled water accordingly. gradually make the vinegar solution
more concentrated along the time when you are adjusting. |

发帖数: 402 | 8 给你说个方子吧。要皮肤好，无他。就是醋。如果你对醋不过敏，买上白醋，晚上摸了
过夜。第一周，加水dilute一下，第二周，就不用加水了。等豆豆没了，每周抹一次。
一年后，可以不用醋，但一定要用ph4.5 - 5.5的洗液或lotion. 如sebmed, amlactin.
没有的话，还是得用点醋。柠檬阿，西红丝啥的也可以，但比较messy. |

我以前干过，洗得脸很光滑。不过卫生间一直一股醋味阿。。。
