臟病發死亡的機率比別人多54%。
該中心研究員卡茲馬茲克 (Peter Katzmarzyk)教授表示，在此之前已有其他研究報告
顯示類似結果。早在1953 年英國研究人員即發現，坐著工作的公車司機因心臟病死亡
的人數是站著的電車駕駛員的一倍。
更令人吃驚的是，不管你是否吸菸和經常運動，「坐」是影響健康的獨立危險因素。換
句話說，不論你是否經常運動或有良好飲食習慣，不論男女只要經常坐著，心臟病發死
亡的機率就是其他人的一倍。

.）猜測，應與體內一種稱為脂蛋白 (lipoprotein lipase, LPL)的酵素有關。脂蛋白

景的出了一篇次时代游戏 The Essentials. 题为The games from this generation
that you shouldn't miss. 鉴于有GI杂志的同学不多，我老受累给敲出来了。这个清
单肯定不能囊括所有的大作神作佳作，但是个人认为还是比较全面，而且分门别类。新
手就当是个提点，可以从各个类别里面挑些出来放狗或者到马鬃多做做research看看

看看钟, 又是凌晨两点了, 而我, 没有办法入睡. 不知自己为什么来
了这里. 不知自己是否作出了正确的选择. 晚上失眠的时候, 总是把
脸埋在枕头里, 想哭. 胃里的CHEESE令我SICK, 胃自己在神经质地痛
. 痛了一下午又一晚上, 我没有办法不理会它.
在 COMPUTER LAB 门口看了一眼, 只有一个人在里面, 还是最不想见
的一个人. 实在没有心情跟这个人同时待在一间房间里, 没有力气再
跟他说话. 就悄悄地走了.
回到房间, 不知要做什么. 想找一本书来看, 却发现只有一本辞典.
SIGHED AND SMILED TO MYSELF. 我开始看词典, 从A开始. 悲伤地发
现, 许多单词都已经忘记了. 忽然想到了考GRE的时候, 我对自己摇
头又叹息.
中午的PIZZA令我觉得没有办法再吃任何的WESTERN FOOD, 会得厌食
症了吧! 厌食症这个词怎么拼? 我记得是A开头的. AMNESIA? 不对.
翻了一遍, 找不到. 开始恨自己的记忆. 又慢慢地去看, 找到了:
ANOREXIA.
