流产概率和胎儿
畸形的概率都高过常人。她就算不作羊穿，孩子是否能足月，都说不准。她自己的妹妹
不久流产了吗。
很多情况是胎儿畸形概率高的，做羊传的风险也大。这个时候，父母还是非常难抉择的。 |

for doctors with lots of experience.
the cut off is lower for older women, but you should do amnio if you are not
comfortable. or wait a little bit to 15week.

但是心裡總不踏實 主要還是年紀問題 加上聽過身邊有false positive 的例子 所以
就做了 其實我如果兩階段都做了 結果很好 我可能也像LZ一樣很掙扎 但這種事是不
能賭的 除非你不介意他有問題 我是寧願賭羊穿的風險 因為我相信這邊的技術
其實Amnio的風險真的很低 美國的技術跟器具都很好
我躺在台上時 其實是心裡上的緊張 大過身體上感受的痛
就像打針一樣 只不過我當時一點都不敢動 深怕我一動了 針扎到baby
那一刻是有點傻掉了 不太清楚醫生跟護士的對話了
不過我現在很開心 至少羊穿cover 99%

可是真轮到自己头上，还是不免担心。不过也没啥可选的，可能还得做羊穿啊！
上周五12周做first trimester screening, 周五医生就收到ultrasound 结果，网上留
言 ultrasound normal,等待本周血检结果。
昨天，医生亲自打电话来，一想就不是啥好事。通常都是护士打呀，即使是坏消息，缺
铁，糖妈等。
说我的唐氏比例1:6， 远高于35 岁 cutoff 1:一百多（记不清了）；
chromosone 18(trisomy 18) 1:75 也高于1:100 标准。
ultrasound is normal, 肯定是血检有问题。
说要见 high risk OBG,再做b操，他们会提供给我更多的信息和option（such as CVS,
amnio...-即羊穿），这不，他们还没联系我呢。
这是二胎，36-37岁了， 去年有过两个月自然流产，难不成也跟这有关？
担心中。。。 |

be a concern, given other risk ratios, but still suggested to do another
level II ultrasound, which is scheduled at next week.
We are not considering amnio test at this point.

我第一次做的时候还很担心amnio band syndrom之类的。
不过反正还是都做了，图个安心。 |

如果胎盘位置不好，医生是不会做cvs，会推荐做羊穿。另外做cvs的医生没有做amnio
的医生多，都是很有经验的行业内牛人。
cvs要贵一点，不能做脊椎裂，16-20周要加一个验血。但是如果有问题的话，早发现对
母亲要容易一点。 |

羊穿风险比CVS稍微低一点点。不过现在流行的是检查母亲血清里胎儿的DNA了，查的内

引起胎儿肢体畸形。
从miscarriage风险来说，CVS风险也比羊穿大，当然也要考虑本来早期胚胎就不如中期

spine may not like the rocking. :) But you are right, s/he does not lie
flat in the womb either, though s/he does have the amnio fluid as a soft
