predictions for EB2.
THIS IS THE MOST PESSIMISTIC SCENARIO BEING PAINTED. SO DON'T KILL THE

发帖数: 1335 | 4 我7个月credit history & SSN, 很幸运居然买成，最近close了，感谢mitbbs很多人的
帮助，在这里收到了很多非常非常有用的信息，分享下一些经验回馈下
首先是很幸运一拿到SSN，马上申请了3张信用卡，其中2张经过了反复纠缠，最终拿到了
买房，我的情况最大的问题就是贷款了，大部分lender遵守两房的guideline，需要2年
的credit history, 我是远远不满足的
先是联系了HSBC，他们说可以做，给我的5年ARM听起来非常好，跟很好credit的人拿到
的最好的rate差不多，这个可以查国际credit,在美国可以没有credit,但是需要10刀开
户费，primer用户，close之后可以转走，之后帐号不够10W收50每个月，当然50算到利
息里去，可以忽略不计。总共downpay需要25%+10W。
然后我给HSBC狠狠坑了两次
1. cupertino的Dea* 告诉我，25%DP必须在local存够2个月，10W不需要，我反复的确
认了这个10W，等到我存够了，贷款的人说10W也得存2个月。MD，等到花都谢了，还要

and he has two gears for his driver too. 80% driver save us money for 3-wood...
he has relative small amout if knee flex, so stands a little tall, his swing
plane is going to be a little bit steep...

I have been searching since you email and have found that we did infact

2/5/13, the reason for the confusion was it was a different amout, and the
inovice was in the system twice. Sales must have seen the failure to bill
and created anothe rinvoice and not caanceled the first one.

In may, I paid another 1000RMB for another 4years. What I learn from them is
that as long as you need your files, pay the corresponding amout of fee,
you would have it. They never destroy files which are not paid since no
policy on that.
