，跑的慢的舍得花时间跑也一样。
上garmin log，或者treadmill的照片，新人旧人潜水员都来吧，有证据的，我都发包
子，不封顶，你的双腿是你的瓶颈，呵呵！
Edit:最后8天一结算，1月4号晚上截止报25-1号的里程。
不要局限照片了，有log贴log，没有的，报个里程，一样给包子，大过年的，不要这么
拘谨于条文了。 我准备8天跑完，把跑个头summary一贴完事，领包子。
大家自己累计里程，每天几迈，最后8天一共几迈，我按大家报的发就完事了。跑步的
都很务实，都是一个脚在另一个脚之前，一步一步跑出来的。

good reflective vest works much better than a flash light in terms of being
visible. but you need to make sure its reflective area is big enough.

The Hydration Belt I have is Amphipod RunLite Snapflask 4. The bottles
are in not fixed positions. And all the flasks can be taken off. In most
of the long runs and the last marathon, I only take two bottles with me.
I got used to it already，so I didn't feel any discomfort carrying it. I
like running as purist too, usually under 15 miles. When I do carry the
belt, I will take a sip every 1-2 miles from the beginning, otherwise my
stomach will get upset if I drink too much water at onc |

For road or trail run, you need to carry a water bottle.
I like Amphipod hydration waistpack.
If more than 20 fl. oz is needed like for 20 mi run,
plan you route to get refill. |

armpit? cant picture it, wont it smell though, lol
i had the amphipod hydration belt which served me alright, downside is you
can only fit 4\5 gel at most in the zipper.
also depending on how many aid stations there are planned out along the
course, i think VT100 did a great job there was enough aid stations around
for the part i ran with, always plan ahead.
back to the taking breaks issue, because it was so hilly, we walked mostly
for the uphills, that considered preserving some energ |

reach the bottom of the bottle. the cap is also hard to wash because of its
shape. after less than a year of use, mold is growing in the bottle and on
the cap. i have to get a new one. can i boil the bottle? |

家里有各种Hydra设备，最早是腰带的上别的Fuelbelt，发展到Longrun用的nathan背包
（这个在LT100里面好像很普及），最后是几天前收到的handhold。觉得腰带和背包都
太热了，在最后实验了4mile就觉得用handhold。（比赛不要试新的东西，有木有听？
没有…..）
周四晚上睡得还是比较不错，到了周五晚上就有些紧张了。把比赛的所需装备一样一样
摆出来，结果怎么也找不到amphipod的瓶子。心急火燎了半天，原来在一把椅子下面。
为这还把家里大人孩子折腾一通，赛前焦虑症啊。短裤、背心、袜子、鞋子（著名SS女
鞋）、瓶子、Gurt（这是个好东西），Arm Cooler（嘿嘿，鱼哥又见到了吧）
闹钟订到4点，自觉的在这之前先醒来。赶紧给关了让老婆和孩子多睡一会儿。之前是
常规套路的Carb Loading，白米饭管够。 早上就是一个bagel，一根香蕉，就
着水吃下去，关键的时候还是不敢喝牛奶。5点钟多，把熟睡的孩子抱上车，出发！
比赛是6点开始，我们到现场的时候已经5点半以后了。Outbacker出发的早，在封路之

。谢谢！
要想一个吸引眼球的题目多么的困难，今天后半程的时候就想用不是盗用鳌拜的
独腿战斗，想想还是太WS了。那就用这个吧，一改我那臭名昭著的土(吐)。副标
题就用：细节决定成败。
先报个成绩： 3:43:03 Overall 44/157; Age 8/25, 个人PR(汗……)。离版上平
均水平还差点点。
训练篇
九月开始这痛那痛的就在跑版唧唧歪歪了半天，感谢大家的批评，我又重新跑起
来。从中旬开始慢慢恢复，正式的训练算是9月26号的MAF开始。每周MPW维持在4
0，尽量一个Tempo+一个Longrun，speedwork被我完全抛弃了。到11月6号，一共
跑了三个18+（只有一个18是在路上，其他两个在GYM里）。然后就开始tapering
了。总的来说，这样的训练只能是一个酱油比赛，同时鉴于我强大的全马成绩，
这次应该能稳妥PR一次。
纠结篇
开始tapering以后，反而心里不是很淡定。每天都在对照各种pace算法，vdot，

手臂：
买了shake weight,觉得看着DVD做还慢不容易的，比乱摇一气困难多了。虽说姿势有些
不雅像给人做
hand job，但是出效果是王道。。。
warmart卖$20，发现taobao只卖rmb 31，所以我打算回国前就退了，然后回中国买31快
的。
腿：
新买了NB minimus trail shoes,这个的理念是barefoot，所以对脚没什么保护，只有
4mm
drop，但是我基本也就跑个2miles，所以应该问题不大。另外还可以去国内农场，古镇
拍照时穿，不
需要带hiking boots回家，甚好。
EMS卖$100，发现taobao只卖rmb 488，这个没办法退了回中国再买，算了。
跑马路还可以挂2瓶水，TD同学推荐amphipod hydraform handheld lite pocket.我发
现颜色
和设计都不错，等回美国再买吧。 |
