现在全世界只有少数精神病协会还把G列为精神病之一(中国就是这少数之一)。70、80
年代西方医学界的争论是非常激烈的。最终还是临床数据说服了大多数医生(按概率，
起码95%的医生是直人)。这也许在一些对医学了解不多的外行直人来看不可思议，但是
事实就是如此。好像相对论也很莫名其妙，但是现代物理确实支持它。
说G是不是精神病，在我看来是个科学问题，不需要大义凛然、不需要正义感、不需要
道德感。
