发帖数: 37 | 1 大鱼不好吃.钓起来感觉么超好.Amur pike以前做过一次,用油炸后蘸柠檬酱吃.酱
倒是不错.这鱼的肉实在不敢恭维.前几天又钓上了这么一条.有2KG.听同钓渔友的介绍,
这次用了另一种方法烹饪,与大家分享一下:
1,鱼洗净去头抛皮.(这鱼实在不怎么好,什么都吃.清洗时肚子最少还有两条没消化的鱼
,听说它连老鼠都吃.么么恶心死了,所以呢我把它头与皮都去掉只留肉身.)
2,洋葱切片,铺面整个烤盘.放上鱼,然后四周再铺一圈西红柿(可以在烤的过程出水,帮
助不会让鱼烤得太干),鱼上面切两个柠檬铺上(柠檬去腥),再放上几片月桂叶.撒上盐,
淋上香油,200度烤20分钟就行.(不用放水,有西红柿,洋葱,最后它会出水的)
这种做法口感有些像我们的清蒸鱼.原来以为放上这么多柠檬,鱼会酸,么么这Amur
pike太强悍了,放这么多香料,最后口感还能保持它的原味.

发帖数: 818 | 4 哈哈，我只是开个玩笑，因为一般鱼吃鱼不就是囫囵吞吗，都一样，见得多了。没有别
的意思，如果让你误会了，真的对不住啊。说实话pike是个典型的predator，主食是其
它鱼类，当然有老鼠和小鸭子可能也不会放过。大嘴也是一个德性。它们比catfish,
carp什么的那还是强多了，算不上脏。
另外，你那个确实不是Amur Pike，只是普通的northern。我没吃过，但据说去刺后
deep fry很不错，建议你下次试试，给大家update一下。我这边现在钓不到了，要不然
也想试试。 |

很多啊,我没钓过.看见别人钓来过.不用船,就一般的钓.钓起来那鱼呀有一人多高.
catfish也有,不过很少.我说的是Amur Pike也是在网上查的,不准确.谢谢您给指正啊.
下次再弄到什么鱼.呵呵我是钓鱼新手.国内没钓过什么.到这后时间多了就开始钓了.希

阿穆尔生产商提供切实的支持。
