承蒙lilybank相询， 我在此试着解释一下。。。其实很多东西我自己也没搞懂，纯属
蜻蜓点水，大家别笑话我。
四亿二千万年前，秀山的三叶虫愉快地游动在志留纪的海洋当中，作为其天敌的某些鹦
鹉螺类动物，此刻正在进行着一生仅有一次的大狂欢--集体交配，故此三叶虫们表示压

这个是塘坳化石地质群，详情可参见百度（当然，百度的论述一向不精确）：
塘坳化石地质群遗迹
位于重庆市秀山县塘坳乡，由塘坳乡政府至石地质生物群约5公里。距县城20公里
。与国道326线相接，交通极为便利。经专家现场踏看和鉴定，塘坳古生物化石属距今
约4亿2千万年前的志留系秀山组标准化石，此地层的标识性化石即三叶虫、直角石、及

instruction.
It's better to take Motrin since it also provide antiinflamatory effect on

在临床见习中见过的疾病，其他的看了就明白，过后就糊涂。想着是不是等真正开始了
见了实际病例再读比较有效。所以就想把疾病的发音重点练习一下。不是要把它吃透的
。你觉得呢？
那个tarascon pocket pharmacopoeia都是些药物用法，我是肯定不会去记的（也记不
住），想优先练一下analgesics, cardiovascular, pulmonary, diabetes-related,
anti-histamines, anti-tussives, anxiolytics/hynotics常用药物的商品名和发音。
还有哪些类是大内科病房常用的？
另外，在医院里用EMR写大病历的话，是不是ROS和PE只要一项项click就行了，只要写
好HPI和A/P就好了？

医生的这个职业risks太太太大了，吃医生这碗饭真不容易啊！而且没有tenure...

Step3考场壮烈回来。第一天挺累人，最后一个block甚至做到有心无力状，看着题反应
不过来，导致来不及做完。非常没有信心能否通过。所以match之前先考Step3的童鞋，
需要考前调整生物钟，坚持锻炼，提高耐力。
MCQ没有资格说，CCS有一点小感受，拿出来分享下。大家请轻拍砖。
复习资料：
UW 52 online cases : 基础。最好复习早起找高手一起过一遍，尽快摸熟软件，进入
状态。第二遍找一位水平相近童鞋过一遍，不断总结protocol. 考前迅速做一遍，熟练
运用protocol.
UW 41 offline cases: 我当时和partner每个case仔细做一遍，虽然不像online有反馈
，但对练临床思维，补充protocol非常有帮助。最后考试与41 case有异曲同工之处，
遇到复杂case也不慌神。

we should do:
1.maintain adequate hydration
2.administer o2 and blood transfusion
3.administer analgesics as presbribed, avoid meperidine becoz of the risk of
normeperidine-induced seizures.
4.elevate the HOB no more than 30 degrees, avoid putting strain on painful
joints.
5.Encourage consumption of high-calorie, high-protein diet with folic acid
supplementation

I have seen seizures from meperidine PCA but never seen a single seizure
from a single or double dose.
75 mg of IV meperidine has an analgesic potency equal to that of 10 mg of IV
morphine or 100 microgram of IV fentanyl. Believe it or not, a lot of
patients claim only demerol is effective to their pain. I used Demerol 75
mg dose a lot but how many of you use morphine 10 mg often?
