有名的troubleshooting analog circuits).
就是设计电路，然后根据data sheet挑元件而已。
不知上面某位为什么说data sheet level是做supporting.可是任何电器设备都是雇了
data sheet level的人来设计的，和IC的没太大关系。所以我觉得后者比较狭窄。在外
行人眼里，EE应该大多都是焊电路板的吧。
认识一些老年analog consultant,每年接几个月任务设计新产品，赚钱无数。

不过analog确实很大，国内很多盈利的IC公司主要都还是靠Analog的产品。做mix
signal和数字都太痛苦，天天考虑怎么压缩面积，功能又是跟着别人做，总是慢一拍，
除了价格优势抢不过别人。
做系统感觉很是低端了吧，没有IC公司的支撑，系统你能做出多少东西来？？

些问题想问问前辈，先谢过了：）
1、以后到Industry做Analog\RF IC 这个方向,读master能找到工作么,对国际学生来说
资历是不是浅了？因为我觉得这个行当要有足够经验才行，是否必须phd？
2、IC design比较强的学校，比如TAMU，能给by course master带来什么？给就业带来
什么优势呢？（因为我觉得group强，也跟上课的人没啥关系啊）
3、另外，我看到tamu IC组里面有30+ phd，17 MSc. 不知有没有前辈知道MSc是拿RA还
是自费？
4、master by course 想到group里去干干，教授一般乐意不？
5、在tamu或者其他同档次ee department，master of science 是否比master of
engineering更有就业优势？（因为我理解，这样好歹可以做一些项目，积累一点点经
验）

首先谢谢你的热心，实在不好意思，门外汉就是这样连问题都说不清楚。
提供5v的是这64pin的NI pci-6711 名字叫analog output board：http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/lang/en/nid/10700。 这块板子应该提供5v恒定电压的两个pin都只给了我1.5v，已经送给ame修完寄回来了。汗一个，确实不是我修，我发帖的问题是想不通，就是提供恒定电压的pin怎么会坏了呢？返修报告上写的很简单，只是说analog output坏了，什么样的情况这个东西会坏呢？

79的样子(GPA比较低)
专业方向是Analog IC，有篇EI收录的国际会议一作paper（我这个小方
向不太好发论文）
由于时间关系，我想今年申请，所以没时间考T和G了，只能考雅思去欧洲读PHD，想法
是刚冒出来的，实验室活也很忙，时间很紧。之前一直没出国打算，故此对国外高校了
解甚少。故想问问各位有经验认识我这样的情况能申到什么样的学校？欧洲做RF的学校
是多了，可是纯analog（比如bandgap dc－dc）的就少了，LEUVEN是不敢想了。。。。

flash里面的analog block就是charge pump，regulator，bandgap，sense amp，很有限
基本没啥机会做adc，pll这类东西，但是外面analog/mixed-signal招人，动不动就是
要有adc，pll设

没有identify出来问题,所以希望找个传说中的万用万能人.
其实问题一旦identify,则单方向顶尖人物容易找/培养.
EE硬工不利,这帮MBA需要承担首要责任.
这个事情也比较诡异，一边大家都觉得analog越来越难找工。

阻ing，你准备签证材料的时候压根别把analog ic这种词写进去，你用侧
重点讲你电路的应用，而不是多高的科技含量。面试官不会懂那么多细节的。
你就说你做一些电路用在手机里，电视里，收音机里，空调里民用的东西，
就这么简单 |

和实践帮助更大一些。在导师推荐下找了个实习，后来拿到一个full time的design
position 的offer。
其实感觉最近analog的就业形势在好转，半年前投的简历现在不时的接到要招人的电话
，实习的多一些，全职也有。个人觉得最重要的可能是要一直保持一个positive
attitude，做好一个长期准备，一边坚持找工作，一边读书实践。积极主动去social，
去network也很重要。很多时候自己投简历没有回音，一个refer就能拿到面试的机会。
两者的目的没有区别，都是争取一个面试的机会，但是效果则会相差很多。 |

要不干嘛大把学通信、材料的往这个行业挤啊？容不容易当工程院院士跟就业有半毛钱
关系？要你这逻辑生化千老们早就幸福度爆棚了。
至于就业饱和也难说，因为传统analog牛组的规模也没怎么扩招，牛组的数量一把就能
数得过来，以后名门出来的学生肯定还是稀少
至于华为么，我只能说呵呵，任正非搞裙带关系、安插子女、搞一言堂、财务行政不透
明又没带你分钱，你高兴个什么劲。要不是在兲朝这种企业能长久才叫奇葩 |

，3月开始测片子。任何与analog deign相关的实习工作都愿意干（layout，
validation，verification， PCB）。修过/在修的analog course包括power
management IC，PLL， Serdes， ADC，CMOS RF IC。 digital的课本科就修过。
Verilog， Verilog AMS， C， matlab/simulink建模都做过。

到：
（1）Analog 电路 实现某种算法，面积很小，功耗很低。
（2）但是弱点是PVT，而且scalability和reconfigubility都不行，所以要用数字电路。
请问这个scalability和reconfigubility具体体现在哪里呢？
scalability不就是把一个block复制很多次就好吗？Analog电路也行啊。
reconfigubility比较糊涂了，主要不是指实时的吧？ |
