square wave，不是sin wave。老板说不合适，要改成sin wave，small signal
analysis指的是sin wave信号，不是square wave信号。理论上好像是这么回事，不过
这年头好像sinwave信号很少见呀。我分别跑了电路对sinwave和square wave的
frequency response，是有一点不同，但是大体上是一致的。大家什么看法 |

现在是在读环境工程，国内读的硕士，现在刚开始phd program.
以前主要做水处理工艺
如果有机会做risk analysis
是不是要比做水处理就业要好一点? 可以跳出环境领域的圈子？范围可以大一点？
听说civil的人不少都是去大小不等的consulting firm，没有什么太多的选择
并且起始工资都不高
另外，我本身不想做faculty（没有这个实力，就不揽这个活拉）

我不知道应该还需要提供怎么样的信息，希望大家帮我参考下吧。

the EE companies sometimes recruit vibration people for the problem in

不仅需要engineer之间的交流，更多的是跟生产车间和测试车间，以及上游采购供货商
等人交流，车间里的很多黑话，很多老中也不懂。别瞧不起他们文化程度低，他们也瞧
不起那些phd只会纸上谈兵。
说CAD只需要大专的那是drafter，engineer都是把图mark好了直接丢给drafter。因为
现在毕业生多，很多人中国小硕毕业为了混口饭吃才都去做drafter的活，导致做
design的给人印象都是画图的.
最近石油业裁员，很多都是裁drafter以及做analysis的。做产品设计生产的很多公司
都保留 |

能选一个方向了，因为这2个部门会分开。 请问前辈这2个方向哪个比较有发展前途呢
？assay analysis可能以后归到QA,QC这块。downstream process也分RD和GMP 2块。 |

it is basically a multidimensional item response theory model.
an introductory reference is Bock, Gibbons, & Muraki (1988).

Survival Analysis by John P. Klein and Melvin L. Moeschberger.
Read the most recent edition, since there are many mistakes in the old ones.
This book is not the greatest. But it is easy to understand and focus on the
application. Also be aware that it is mostly on semiparametric/
nonparametric approch. You may want some other books if you want to learn
the parametric approach.
