过一般还是归CP名下。
因为CP里面很多PHD都可以做，所以住院医培训大家都比较重视AP这部分，招生的时候
一般AP的人说话也比较有分量些，如果挑一个，就做AP。

印象，要到的推荐信没啥实质性内容，还不如要个普通主治医的好推荐信。所以自己要
明白，自己在哪方面能够相对有所表现，另外，最好进去以前能打听一下，跟着谁比较
有希望拿到好推荐信。

A simply answer to your question is yes. The areas are consistent for both
hemispheres ANATOMICALLY. However, it probably will not always translate into
similarities in functions. At least, we know some of the functional
differentiation and dominance between the two hemispheres, such as language
and spatial awareness. |

看他们这考试那考试的痛苦样就知道了，我见过一个国内出来的MD，虽然改行搞生物了
，一天讨论的时候丫的竟然连anatomical coordinate都说不上来，还说英语不懂，中
文我肯定懂云云。但你找个国内出来的随便一个理科生，有几个没读过英文版的专业著
作的？而且我翻了翻第7版人民卫生版的系统生物学，里面的名词都有英文标注啊。
USMLE也好，其他的考试也好，考的都是“basic knowledge",读了你们写的那些轰动全
站的考试经验，那些毕业20年还在奋斗USMLE的，不能不说中国的医学教育水平是很低

Seriously, the vision problem is clearly pre-chiasm and not a brain
parenchymal stroke for which MRI is useful. Yes cavernous sinus may be
implicated as both CN 3 and 5 are affected, but the symptoms are too acute
and transient for anatomical MRI to pick up something, in the *most likely*
scenario. |

“Sunny 16 Rule”是在没有测光表时，正确估算日光下曝光数值的方法，所以这
条法则只有在阳光充足的情况下适合使用。将光圈设为F/16，快门与ISO同步，或者略
快。如，ISO设为100时，快门应该设为1/100秒（1/125秒）。所以，根据这个法则，在
海滩上摄影时，应该使用F/22光圈，在多云时应使用 F/11光圈。
2.Moony 11,8, and 5.6 Rules （月光11，8和5.6法则）
如果你想拍摄月亮，那么这里有一条很好的法则。快门与ISO同步的时候，拍摄满
月用F/11光圈，弦月的时候用F/8光圈，新月则使用F/5.6光圈。
3.Camera Shake Rule （相机抖动法则）
当你手持相机拍摄时，快门的速度不能小于镜头焦距的倒数。如果快门速度越慢，
那么拍摄抖动时就越可能降低锐度。如果用50mm焦距的话，快门就要达到 1/60秒以上
