1. 为什么写这篇文章
在2016年， 我们写了两篇有关我们商业地产投资的历程。这里想接着写一些我们的感
想和历程，并做一些补充和更新。
还是在第一篇文章中说过的，我们写这个系列的文章，主旨不是要推崇某种投资方式。
而是想给大家一些思考的素材。保持一种开放的心态，积极思考、探索自己可以理解并
且适合自己实际情况的投资，这样才是最好的方式。这个系列的文章如果让我就说两点
有关投资的话，一个是开放的心态（open minded），一个是多元化投资组合（
diversified portfolio） 。其他的都忘记也无关紧要了。

发帖数: 1243 | 8 如果想用弓去打猎，关于anchor point还有个问题不容忽视。就是要保证你的anchor
point在猎场里也能瞬间找到。我们练习的靶场，一般都是温度适宜吧，谁也没有戴着
帽子，裹着脑袋射箭。但是当你去狩猎的时候，多半会是冬季，天寒地冻，另外还有伪
装，很多时候我们要带头套，尤其保暖的厚头套，这样耳朵，嘴往往会被遮住。这个要
提前想好对策。我第一年打猎的时候就遇到这个问题，anchor point无法确定了。不得
已，在鹿出现后要抓一把头套，让嘴露出来，这些小动作都有可能造成功亏一篑。所以
我后来多找些anchor点，尤其鼻尖的很有实际用处。 |

我还是觉得personal anchor这东西，最好买专用的，和别的sling区别开，防止误操作
专用的personal anchor，比如说metolius的，寿命很长的
另外，尽量别用daisy chain做person anchor
即便是aid climb，现在都不需要用普通的daisy chain了

发帖数: 379 | 10 周末终于如愿所偿，摸了一把猴子脑袋，嘻嘻。跟Cory说以前每次跟各色人等来，总要
望猴兴叹一番，Cory说以后再来看猴子，就可以跟别人说爬上去过啦，哈哈。一共四个
人爬的，Mike和Cory都是很有经验的Aid and Big Wall climber，俺是第一次在真正的
石头上aid，Mike的儿子Alex穿了一件攀岩比赛的衣服，爬得不错，一路都是他lead。
星期五晚上开车到营地都11点半了，摸黑搭好帐篷，星期六上午迷迷糊糊的爬起来，收
拾东西，6点40左右从停车场出发的时候，停车场里还只有我们两辆车。从Misery
Ridge那条路走的，爬的累死了，呼呼。从猴子嘴巴到Misery Ridge上架了一条runner
，据说昨天有人不带保护的在上面走来走去，还做了单腿跪下等高难动作。Alex给我看
了那个家伙昨天的录像，crazy…
到了猴子脚下，把东西重新归整好，大概8点开始爬的。我们一共带了3根绳子，两根70
米，一根60米的。70米的绳子是可以把底下两个pitch连成一个爬的，不过Mike怕

发帖数: 379 | 11 两个人一起，去的是我们都没去过的一个地方，一趟下来很长经验值。教训有三个：1.
Alpine长线的rope drag太恐怖了... 2. Make decision很重要... 3. 不能轻易跟不
熟悉的人爬multi-pitch，即使对方听起来很有经验...
Guide book上说是full pitch，刚好用光60米绳子的那种。从图上看线路很直，刚开始
的chimney也很直，所以我有点大意，开始的几个pro都只用了半长的single runner。
Chimney出口有两个bolt，那个时候刚开始有点rope drag，我觉得还凑合，而且爬的正
在兴头上就没停。之后rope drag越来越糟，看起来即使线路主体是直的，稍微拐个弯
被什么石头卡一下摩擦力就会大很多。chinmey之后是slab face climb为主，已经不太
容易找好的建anchor的地方了。之后碰到一棵活着的树，现在看起来是最后一个可以比
较好建anchor的station了，而且当时rope drag已经很厉害了，基本要一边扯绳子一边

发帖数: 379 | 12 周末一起爬Shuksan的九个人里，Vineeth、Sean和我都是去年同一个周末被从Shuksan
的trailhead一路浇到high camp，再一路浇回来的难友，不过今年这个周末的天气预报
看起来不错。星期六踩着八点钟ranger station开门的点去领permit，还有一个4个日
本人的队伍和我们差不多时候到。现在Shuksan的permit有限制了，一次只发6个group
，还是所有线路合在一起算的，这个周末的所有permit都已经被预订了，不过有两个的
还没来取，ranger让我们等等，说打电话帮我们问问。等了有半个多小时吧，都在商量
改走Baker的Boulder了，ranger告知那两个group都出了点问题来不了了，于是我们和
那个日本人的队伍一队领了一个permit，皆大欢喜。
大概十点半从trailhead出发的。很小的parking lot，车子都停满了，别看地方很偏，
还真有ranger专门来检查parking permit的... 四面全是云啊，低低的包围着，什么都
看不到，又让我们联想起去年的悲惨经历，NOAA真是越来越不乖了:-( 一开始1.5

National Monument的Neon Canyon, 为Canyoneering的天堂，科罗拉多高原控一生必到。
该路线来回１０迈左右，上升1440feet, ACA Rating为3B III, 和Zion的Subway类似,
风景绝美，难度不大，为摄影师喜闻乐见。当阳光照射的时候，岩壁一片金红，整个石
洞犹如一个金色大教堂，因此得名。先上两张定妆照
太阳升起的地方，差不多就是Neno canyon的入口。我们要从沙漠里cross country四五
迈到达那里。朝着远方一个圆顶巨石走，出了这片高原就会看到山谷里一片绿洲，
Escalante river 蜿蜒而过
下了高原，淌过Escalante river进入了Neno canyon，现在水位不高，河水清清的，浅
浅的，随意的流淌着，脱了鞋可以轻松地过河。如果在雨季，可就不是这样了
过了河在一棵倒伏大树处开始上山，俯瞰峡谷，

从2012年８月开练自由泳。一直想模仿TI,索普和孙杨的前交叉动作。结果最后以后交
叉的游法开了窍。在2013年６月达到个人顶峰 (jammer, 1000M, 19:20;jammer, 400M,
7:09)。
从此以后在小区池子瞎玩了几个月,结果感觉全无,功力全失。不仅100M的pace比以前慢
10秒以上，已经没有信心游完300M。这一年来，大部分时间花在找回后交叉的感觉，天
天看popov的录像。不过进步缓慢。终于在半个月前找到新的感觉。昨天的训练如下
沙滩裤
500M, 9:55
5 X 100M snorkel 打水, 平均3:15一组
4 X 100M interval， 时间分为: 1:48, 1:46, 1:45, 1:44
(interval和打水交替进行, 打水有保留体力）
最后两个50M，均为 0:48
基本和去年peak时的成绩接近,但是感觉很不同。因为我清楚地看见现在是前交叉的游
法。也就是说，我以前天天学索普，结果游成后交叉。现在天天看popov，却成就了前

在我喝过的这些啤酒中，大多是比较出名的。
首先是anchor, 这种啤酒事没有名声的，是新加坡本地酒。
anchor的味道不醇，也不苦，记不得酒精度是多少了，不过
一定不会高的，而且是价格最便宜的了。
喝anchor是很久之前的事了，那时心里烦，又是刚来这里，
因为债务的原因，不可以乱花钱，于是就偶尔喝anchor。
喝下去没有什么味道，头也不会晕，无非是一个心理上感觉：
我喝酒了。
后来，就很少喝了。 |

发帖数: 1243 | 22 复合弓讲究anchor点和视线之间的关系，所以无论你如何发力，只有做到最后anchor点
和视角一致就能保证consistency。传统裸弓上没有可以保证你视线一致的装备，而不
用辅助散发器，这个anchor点可能也不那么好找或者明显，所以动作顺序的变化对于结
果的影响较大。不过，这个问题不解决就不能进行实战。实战中的情况千变万化，别说
动作的顺序，就是form都不可能保持和打靶一样。
我买的SRF瞄具就是要解决第一个问题；第二个问题我觉得还得找到适合传统弓的
anchor点，然后多加练习。 |

原文说的是下撤的时候，估计是rappel时顶上的anchor出了问题。
人家攀的路线，如果是sports的（很多野外线路都有开拓者钉了固定的挂片），有现成
的打在石头上的钉子，后来的攀登者是不会自己去钉的。可能是以前的挂片出了问题，
她可能的责任就是没有好好检查，没有设置好保险。
要么是trad的，所谓岩钉可能指的是camalot？但是正常情况下这玩意只作保护，不做
anchor，就不得而知了。双桥沟附近攀登的，一般都是成熟线路。去搞一个完全意义上
trad，没有任何前人留下的anchor、挂片神马的，可能性不大。 |

anchor有承受重量的差别，好好在lowes等地方找找。我记得最牛的anchor用的是金属。 |
