百了。副作用也还好。停药之后不会复发，也没有后遗症。一脸青春痘和疤对女孩的心
理打击是毁灭性的。
androgen阻断效果较差，副作用也不小。phototherapy 治标不治本。其他的都是扯淡。

发帖数: 258 | 11 美国zytiga 保险能报，但是要在化疗失败的情况下。很贵的一个药，一个月差不多要
5000-6000美金吧。最开始发现就是手术，局部放疗，然后维持lupron（ADT），不行就
再加其他抑制androgen的药，分1线，2线。控制不好只能上化疗，一般都能把psa降下
来，化疗药也有很多种。感觉很多病人发现后马上治疗，效果还不错。
美国这里有很多的临床研究，免费提供药，但是看lz的情况，能不能拿到这里的保险啥
的。
不是专家，希望有帮助吧。 |

发帖数: 27533 | 13 三个月不sex，一劳永逸之类的说法太夸张了，每个人情况都不同，你相信有这种神丹
妙药吗？呵呵
药房里见到不少人用minocycline,这个是要注意防晒的，可能会photo sensitivity,同
时也不要用药期间怀孕。
也有人用spirinolactone,用其anti-androgen的作用治痘。
当然避孕药如yaz双重作用对治痘不错
再猛的治疗药物也有，是要加入registered program,更不可能没处方用到了。
对了，上面说的药物都是处方药，必须看医生开处方 |
