class多出来的价格，主要都体现在后排座位舒适度的提升了，所以如果当日常上下班
开的车，或者后排主要坐小孩，并且还是在乎比E多出来的那几万刀钱的人，还是上E吧
，足够了.

发帖数: 10056 | 21 Next time when you do the other half, ask them for needleless anesthetic. It's much better. Arrestin is good. I had a few sites that cannot be controlled by brushing/flossing and regular clean. Arrestin cleared swelling and pain.
I also use Philips Sonicare brush like this one:

It cleans much better. Now all my teeth have 2-4 readings.

My wife has a blister on her head, she went to the dermatologist and he
said it was a angioma and he said if it grows too fast it needed to be
surgically removed. But he was not sure if a pregnant woman can take those
anesthetic drugs or not (why didnt he know?). Have an appointment soon

我23个月大的女儿在10天前因为咳嗽和发烧去了急诊，被诊断为CROUP，当时在ER里医
生检测了鼻涕ＳＷＯＢ，拍了胸部Ｘ光。 检查结果排除了ＦＬＵ，和肺炎。 在ＥＲ
里只是给了退烧药和5分钟的雾化。临走前有给了一剂口服的激素药说是帮助扩展气管
，能管一两天吧。其他药没给。去ER后的第三天，宝宝又烧了起来，我又带她到儿医那
儿复查，可当时没发烧，又什么药没给让回去了。第五天，宝宝还是咳嗽的厉害，我又
带她去儿艺，想让医生给开抗生素，医生说是VIRAL造成的，抗生素没用，弊大于利。
只是给开了些雾化的药。 我看宝宝虽然还是咳嗽，但是晚上我开着加湿器，她睡觉倒
是影响不大。白天吃饭，玩耍依旧，觉得没必要给激素雾化，就没给她做雾化。
＃１： 我的问题是：现在已是第十天了，其实从开始有轻微的咳嗽症状起，有12天左
右了，她还是咳嗽，胸腔感觉还有些CONGESTION， 除此之外，该吃吃，该玩玩，不发

医学风险的认知有极大的偏差
你可以想象不麻醉拔牙小孩因为疼痛乱动对操作带来的风险吗？
你可以想象不补牙，牙病疼痛直接的精神伤害，以及因进食减少营养问题对身体造成的
伤害吗？
所有医学行为均有风险，医疗决策是在专业医生评估下基于获益大于风险的原则做出的
，就好像雨天出门客观上都存在被雷劈死的风险，反而还没有人怕被雷劈而雨天不出门
吗？
全麻和全局的风险总体而言都极其微小，远远比坐车出门不系安全带要小。这两种方式
的权衡好好听医生的，不要自己基于国内的谣言擅作主张

具良治，第一次买日本系刀，以前都买德系双立人和三叉，日系刀的确惊艳到了我。
以前一直对日本刀的印象是钢材硬度不如德国刀，设计也很猥琐。但是具良治的设计实
