第一个是台湾同胞，做 biotech 方面的 Venture Capital, 后期投资。
第二个是美国老头，做前期 Angel Investment.
第三个是美国律师, 做 VC 相关的法律咨询。
然后有两个 startup 做了 presentation, 向大家介绍了他们的 business, 一个是研
制的新药，另一个为 corporation 做 cellphone 整合业务。三个讲员对他们的
presentation 做了分析。
觉得收获不小，对 VC 和 Angel Investment 有了面对面的认识。
而且还见到了著名的 genpichong, 非常高兴。下次活动还是会去。 |

就象我的myvisajobs.com, 其实主要成本是自己的时间和精力,
所以根本不需要投资, 关键在于自己的时间.

Angels Landing位于Zion NP，是一处较为险峻的hiking去处 - 04年以来，官方统计有
六人坠亡。
第一次在最后0.5mile处止步，当时觉得天快黑了，另外估计最高处的风景也就一般，
但晚上回到旅馆后一看照片

就欲罢不能，觉得不攀到顶会很遗憾。
第二天先去了Grand Canyon North Rim，第三天中午后再次尝试，正好天公作美，天气
多云，这样可以避免暴晒消耗体力。一经验老到的老美告诉我最难的部分也就那么20来
尺，过去了就问题不大了 - 攀爬下来的体会是，过了最难的部分，余下的0.5mile不到
的行程50%左右的地方还是要小心翼翼，另外50%只是有些难爬而已。

过605之后，看着“Rosemead, San Gabriel, Del Mar, New……”这些熟悉的街名，呵呵

不敢野营，也不想住cabin。能不能就住在port angeles,然后每天开车去玩，晚上回来
。现在想玩的景点大概有hurrican ridge, lake crescent, sol duc, Hoh rain
forest, kalaloch beach.
用google map查了一下，从port angeles到kalaloch也就2个小时不到，不算很远。有
经验的筒子们能不能指教一下？

我准备早上早一点从seattle出发，大概中午到Port angeles。下午就去hurrican
ridge, lake crescent，然后去sol duc泡个温泉:) 晚上住在port angeles。

Google Map 上从机场开车到 Port Angeles 两个半小时，请问路好走么？山路多不多
？是不是坐 ferry 比较安全？

所以准备当天往返
时间：11月2日周六（据说10月底11月初是最好的时候，不冷不热）
地点：大峡谷南缘bright angel trail
周五周六这两天晚上都准备住trailhead旁边的Bright Angel Lodge
（住过几次，感觉还不错，主要是位置很好）
然后周六早晨天亮前出发下峡谷
下到河边后晚上回来
单程10迈
4400 feet的爬坡
估计晚上6点日落前不可能回来
所以带头灯
最后一段路估计要走夜路
这是我第一次下谷底
这几个月我会尽可能多爬山训练
特别是负重训练

8号到达休斯敦(Houston) 9,10安东尼奥 San Antonio,然后玩-Big Bend National
Park两天。然后埃尔帕索White Sands National Monument 一直到16号。从16号---20
号没有定具体的行程。这段时间与路程可以与travel partner商量。最后是20日要到洛
杉矶(Los Angeles)。同伴没有限制，关键是要会一点中文，开车技术好。
