ANGER CONTROL的问题，很多人都在痛苦的挣扎着，伤别人，也伤自己。
不知道要用多少年，才能解决一些问题呢。SIGH
以前很少深层次的来想这个问题。。
上个星期看了电影《what happens in vegas》，整个剧情一般般，但里面那几个
marriage counselling sessions，让我唏嘘不已。。大部分电影里演的counselor似乎
都神人一样，往往都能透过现象看到本质，然后解决问题。可惜现实生活中，估计是可
遇不可求的。
尽管，绝大部分人和人之间的问题都可归结到 conmmunication and anger control，
但普通人都不是很善于倾听。。为什么我要听你的？
但在美国的文化中，大家一般比较尊重professionals, 愿意倾听甚至执行专家的建议
，所以美国的counselor看起来比较有效。在中国的文化中，这种counselor的角色往往
有亲朋好友担任，也很大程度上注定了bias的必然性（即使没有，也会被认为有）。另
外一个副作用就是暴露了自己的隐私，毕竟很多人不喜欢被别人知道太多的生活细节，
