contractor，Angie's list是个很好的资源。有些人觉得干嘛还花钱找资源，其实这点
真的很少，相比较你获得的信息而言，还是很划算的。
我主要是喜欢看里面人装修的故事，有照片，有经历，还有装修的工程具体项目和价格
！这点非常重要。和找老中不同的是，Angie's list注重有license的contractor，当
然也有general contractor（GC）混在里面，就是那种其实不干活，但帮你找会干活的
老莫，然后从中抽头（一般50%以上的利润）。所以，Angie's list上很多价格比你想
象的要高，但评价高的干活都非常不错。多比较几家，在Angie's list上也可以找到价
格非常合适的。迄今我用过所有的Angie's list上所有的contractor，都非常满意，绝
不会出现敢砸我家墙的案例。等你有了一定经验以后，可以避免找GC了。
注册会员之前，在网上google一下Angie's list的coupon，可能会费打点折，通常2年

ServiceMagic的好处，不收费。match很快，follow-up也不错。坏处是，不能自己掌控
找contractor。就是说，每一个project必须先把自己的信息提交出去，然后他给你找
到contractor上门联系你，给quote，感觉很被动。
Angie’s list的好处呢，可以自己上去找，通过search或者category看review，然后
自己去联系contractor，想找几个找几个。有时候他们会发Angie's Big Deal，一般是
一个project比较大的折扣，常见的刷墙，或者几个小时的handyman半价什么的。坏处
也明显，要收费。
总之如果能找到AL的deal，比如10刀左右的年费什么的，还是可以接着用的。上面
review好的一般比较靠谱。 |

paid membership for Washingtonian Checkbook. I use it every time I need find
contactors. The information were very helpful. It will not go wrong if you
go with a Angie's list top rated one.
The only thing you need to check before you subscribe is that are there a
lot of reviews for your area or not. |
