My wife has a blister on her head, she went to the dermatologist and he
said it was a angioma and he said if it grows too fast it needed to be
surgically removed. But he was not sure if a pregnant woman can take those
anesthetic drugs or not (why didnt he know?). Have an appointment soon

发帖数: 193 | 3 Surged estrogen during pregnancy will cause growth of angioma. Estrogen
could also cause palmar erythema too. Why can't she wait for the surgery if
necessary after the delivery of baby? Usually, it will shrink after her
estrogen trends down. |

我家宝宝三个月开始胸口长了颗红痣，四个月check-up的时候问了儿医，说是angioma
这个貌似很常见的
还有一种可能是strawberry nevus (Hemangioma)
两者对健康都没影响的
一般来说对小宝宝医生不会立刻处理，就是静观其变，很多小孩到一岁之后会自行消失
如果不消失，有碍观颜，那么以后可以用冷冻激光等方法除去。
p.s. 人的痣完全可以后天长的啊，你身上从来没有新长出痣过么？ |

1. 高血压，大脑里的aneurysm or angioma. (most common reason)
2。bleeding disorder (出血性疾病：leukemia, thrombocytopenia, hemophilia, or
disseminated intravascular coagulation）
3 Anticoagulant therapy
4 liver disease
5 Cerebral amyloid angiopathy
6 Primary or secondary brain tumors
7. There is also an association with advancing age, male sex, and high
alcohol intake

发帖数: 412 | 7 妈妈在美 没有保险。上周抠破了脖子后方正中间的一个小疙瘩结果流血不止。疙瘩变
大成照片所示。后来不小心又弄破两次，再次流血不止，只能上创可贴止血。我google
了一下，疑似樱桃状血管瘤 cherry angioma. 因后来两次流血都未有明显增大，只是
表面因为血痂变黑了一些，所以倾向于自己用棉签弄点液氮压涂掉。不知道这样是否合
理？需要带她先去看皮肤科医生排除皮肤癌吗？我很好奇怎么排除。。。。 |

血管瘤大都是用手术治疗的。如果小又没有症状的话，也可以观察。药物可能有一定疗
效，不过不能根治。现在又什么先进的治疗方法我就不清楚了，如果知道，哪位告诉我

发帖数: 9638 | 11 没有其他阳性发现就不要做，否则就是这个病人的悲剧。
顺便提一下，我看了这个MRI，也就几张片子，尼玛，典型的defensive medicine。病
人就是Bell's palsy，MRI是incidental finding，99% 是capillary telangiectasia
，也可以说venous angioma，lol

contrast enhancement让它跟glioma很难分，但急性的病史加上adult让我很难buy
glioma |
