应圣康教授长期从事高分子合成化学及材料学研究，包括辐射高分子化学、阴离子聚合
和大单体合成及共聚、阴离子平衡聚合等，主要成果有："辐射高分子中热氢自由基理
论"及"辐射高分子稳定性"分获1958、1959年苏联卡尔波夫物理化学奖、"阴离子聚合基
础理论及应用基础理论研?"获1985年国家教委科技进步二等奖、"阴离子平衡聚合理论"
获1992年国家教委科技进步二等奖、"反应注射成型加工"获1998年上海市科学技术进步
二等奖。

Now comes the chloride channel.
What is the differnce.
Potassium channel transports potassium, which is a cation, with positive
charge on it.
chlordie channel transports chloride, which is an anion, with negative charge
on it.
This is the difference.
Look at its structure, you will find each monomer of the chloride channel is
an independent channel. The native form is dimer. So you have two channels
within the dimer. This is not the case for potassi |

sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), and boil the mixture at 95-100°C for 5
minutes.
Heating at 70°C for 5-10 minutes is also acceptable and may be preferable
when studying multi-pass membrane proteins. These tend to aggregate when
boiled and the aggregates may not enter the gel efficiently.

doesn't work. I guess you have to use a syringe because nobody likes to
inject 32P into their FPLC. In that case, you should be careful of the
fraction size. Don't mix two well separated peaks during fractionation.
kaka1000's vivapure spin column离子交换柱 is a cation/anion exchange column,
to which unlimited volume can be loaded. In the end, elute with B buffer.

比方说你应该可以用DEAE resin (positively charged) 来收集DNA啊。
比方说QIAGEN Anion-Exchange Resin。

reagent anion反应完，则需要比理论optimized reaction更多的时间，而这也同时带
来使First-generation fragment ions继续与reagent ion react产生internal
fragments和更多的small N- and C-term fragment ions。对于不大的peptide（比如
3000 Da以下的），延长reaction time来提高fragment intensity没什么大问题，因为
靠+1, +2 fragments你就能ID或characterize peptide了。 而对于大的peptide，这
样做会产生internal fragmentation（这些internal fragment你是看不到的，他们“
沉淀”成为MS2 background），会让比较small的terminal fragment ions增多（

要把固态物分散成以水为分散介质的Emulsion或Suspension。要求粒径在2-20 microns
之间，anionic或cationic particles，常温稳定，Shelf Life一天足够，当然越长越
好。 浓度没要求，别太稀太稠，能够泵输。
基质和水的密度接近，不溶于水，惰性。 我觉得做成稳定的Suspension应该比较困难
，正好它溶于丙二醇及芳香溶剂，把它先液化然后再做成Emulsion比较好。
做Painting和Coating的当然是专家了，但都是核心机密，不会告诉我的，虽然我根本
不涉及他们的领域。 网上也少有资料。
我搞出一个配方，但觉得应该有足够的空间可以提高，哪位高手能有建议没有？
包括：乳化剂及用量，乳化器及乳化条件，等等。先谢过。 |

把一个电学元件（化学电源、蓄电池、电解电容、二极管等等）看作一个整体，则电流
（正电荷）流入的一端称为阳极anode，电子（负电荷）流入的一端称为阴极cathode，
这是普遍适用的原始定义。
衍生词汇有：阳极化anodize，阴极射线cathode ray
与此有关的概念是正极“+”和负极“-”。正极指电势较高的一端，负极指电势较低的
一端。在大多数情况下，阳极和正极、阴极和负极是重合的，因为电子会自发从电势较
高的一端流出。但是对于化学电源和原电池而言是个例外，因为化学势的存在使得电子
能够克服电势差反向流动，使化学能转化为电势能，所以此时阳极是负极，阴极是正极。
另外容易混淆的是阴离子anion和阳离子cation。这两个术语原来分别指在电解质溶液
中趋向anode和cathode的离子，曾被翻译为“阳向离子”和“阴向离子”，现在泛指带

group for retention, which is also the main cause of peak tailing. Adding
TFA which is the common practise in RPC to suppress silanol interference
will not work here.
Why use this column in HILIC mode? Please don't say that you only have this
column.
Reverse phase for peptide/protein digest is the golden standard, and you
