ketone levels high, and drinking history, metabolic acidosis likely exists;

发帖数: 1114 | 16 就是这几天一直在帮人做IC 样品，用的标准是DIONEX的7 anion（fluoride, chloride
, nitrite,bromide,nitrate,phosphate,方法上要求的柱子是AS 14A(4*250mm),但是基
于样品持有人坚持相信AS 16A 也可以把7 anion 给分离出来，另外一个原因就是那个
人坚持不肯买AS14,所以就用AS 16A 要求的eluent作了，也就是35mM NaOH,但是run
standard的时候有两个感兴趣的物质还是identify不了，有人建议我换成AS 14A分离方
法上的Na2CO3,NaHNO3作eluent试试，但我总觉得如果两个柱子的成分差别比较大的话
，换流动相会不会对柱子不好。
求建议，谢谢大家！ |

acidosis (winters formula 1.5 x 11 + 8) For a bicarbonate of 11 the pCo2
should be around 25 but it is lower (19) so this is not a simple DKA. Second
the patient is unresponsive which could be due to severe metabolic acidosis
so the first treatment should be focused on reversing it as soon as
possible, hence the administration of bicarbonate. |

in pH and pCO2 is that last two digits of pH are roughly equal to the pCO2
level. So per the question the pCO2 is 19, then the pH should be around 7.19,
but it is 6.9 which means this is a mixed acidosis (could be anion and non
anion gap). Secondly the pco2 is 19 (lower than it is supposed to), which
could mean that this patient has some respiratory alkalosis too. This makes
