里疼,感觉哪里有问题,那个tecnician就给我照哪里。
我如约去等这个所谓的sucker大牛,等了1个半小时,他的小蜜才告诉我在别的地方照
的打不开,要我再照一次。回想在sucker那照的X-ray,X-ray的center都是在ankle上
,判断照的就是ankle的部位,当然我的ankle没有fracture了。照完,又等了半个小时
才能见着他,见了还没看我的脚3秒钟,就又让我接着照X-ray,他妈的。我强烈表示我
感觉ankle一点问题没有。这个sucker一口咬定要我继续照ankle,还说这次照的不一样
,这次要使用外力检查我的ankle。于是我决定让他fxxk himself,走人。
在等it时,跟一个哥们聊天,那个哥们告诉我他的膝盖做了14次手术,共花了4million
。我靠,什么膝盖要做14次手术啊。我出门走时跟那个哥们说,if I were you, I
would have killed this sucker. |

特别是花样和冰球的鞋都是高帮的,有足够的ankle support,inline的鞋更是如
此,唯独速滑鞋的ankle才完全裸露。我的脚踝原来打篮球反复受伤,比一般人都
要weak得多,我现在打篮球都要上ankle brace,不然铁定受伤。相信你们的脚踝
总该比我的更有力。即使这样我滑冰从来没感觉到脚踝带来很多麻烦,我是说一般
的滑冰,如果比赛的话我还是要上support band的,但是这里的关键是对于初学者
weak ankle其实并不影响。觉得自己脚踝使不上劲是因为错误的用刃方式导致的。
比如过多的内刃结果肯定两脚往里撇,这样脚踝就要承受很大的力。但实际上如果
正确用刃,比如刀刃垂直冰面就算你是weak ankle仍然可以滑行,因为身体重心完
全从小腿传递到刀刃上,没有任何分力,脚踝不参与运动。如果要说脚踝参与运动
的就是在弯道上,转弯的时候是内刃或外刃着冰,所以这时小腿和冰面成一定角度

在上个赛季后,我准备让女儿基本上停个大半年。我与她谈了这个问题。她那个眼泪流
的哗啦啦的,说不要去踢spring select了。spring select选拔的时候,我鼓励队里4
个小孩去试,可以看看在更高的水平会有什么要求,另外也可以认识更多的球友。她就

个示意图,比较了五种类型的袜筒长度(可惜没找到电子版的,没法发在这里)。这五
种袜筒从短到长分别是no show, low cut, ankle, crew和over the calf。可是no
show、low cut和ankle长度相差很少,所以我原来误认为它们是一种,就是我原贴中说
的“超短的”。crew就是我原贴中说的“超长的”。至于over the calf是一种比crew
更长的,比较少,我原来将它跟crew当成一种。所以我原贴才说我只见过两种袜子。
从Hanes包装上的那个图中也可以明显看出,ankle和crew长度差距巨大,而且中间没有
其他类型了。并且no show、low cut和ankle这三种都只有很厚的运动袜,薄的只有
crew和over the calf两种。

20s.
Now I didnt reduce my intensity but my joints can stand very rough abuse now
in my early 30s.
I used an ankle stabilizer from Walgreens.
It is black and bulky, but very solid made.
I sprained my ankle 3 times during the past 5 year playing soccer.
It healed within a week and no chronic pain ensued.

滑鞋无参考意义(inline hockey除外)。
初学者一般都习惯把鞋带绑的很紧,而且从上到下都是一个松紧,但是这样会影响滑冰
的效果。正确的穿鞋系鞋带的方法是,首先脚穿进去后用脚后跟在地面上(最好是软的
地面,不会损坏冰刀)砸一下,这样可以lock heel,使得脚后跟不会在滑冰的过程中在
冰鞋里随意滑动。绑鞋带时脚背面上的鞋带要松紧适度,这里的适度是指不要让脚在鞋
里随意滑动,同时也要保证不要太紧,不要影响血液循环。脚踝前面的那段鞋带要绑紧
,这段应该是最紧的一段,因为这样可以固定住脚踝,提供足够的ankle support。再往
上就是脚腕前面的那段鞋带,这段鞋带要绑的适当,不要太紧。初学者喜欢绑得非常紧
是因为这样可以提供足够的ankle support,不会导致摔跤。但是ankle support和容易
做动作总是一对矛盾,因为如果要绝对的ankle support那么做屈膝的动作就有一定困难

stretching and flexibility exercises. But keep in mind that I've never
received any formal flexibility training in the context of swimming,
so I can only speak from experience which mostly is related to kicking
(as in roundhouse kicks, hook kicks, etc).

them, ever.
180deg is as far as my ankles will go. I regularly kick heavy bags till
the skin on my insteps get pretty raw and never once have I had any
problems with my ankles, but I do feel a slight pinch in my ankles when
I swim with a 6 beat kick for more than ~500m or when I kick hard with
the zoomer fins on, so I'm still not sure if that's a good thing and if
that can be overcome with patience and practice.

If you are already flexible don't go overboard with this, whilst extremely
flexible ankles are a useful attribute in elite pool swimming they will
leave you vulnerable to ankle and lower leg injuries, especially when
running. If you can point your foot in line with your leg that's plenty of

慢慢可以恢复,可一个月过去了,才好了六成的样子,单左脚尖可以把自己顶起来但很

Jessica McClure-Weis suffered a broken ankle while helping a patrol officer

aided by protective brace and crutches, so the patient can adjust how much

确实也就只是最开始的三四天,行动极其困难,头两天被背来背去,第三、四天用个高
板凳一步一步挪。之后就用上拐杖了,所以其实也不是完全不动,就是我们都让她尽量
少走动,多坐着看电视。但是上个厕所啥的,都是拄着拐杖自己走去的,因为老人自己
坐不住,勤快得很。所幸过程跟你说的from not touching the ground at the

碰巧相合了。
本周开始鼓励她走路了,她说那条腿就是觉得比较软。看来是你说的原因了。好在锻炼

导致自己需要在高速移动中再跟着变向,被晃到脚踝要受不了以至于要break
才因此得名吧?
nba出过两集ankle breaker的dvd,里面都在讲球员如何变速变向变节奏晃动
但里面确实没有说第一步快是ankle breaker的
tmac第一步很快,但并没快到dwade/mj的程度.论第一步的威胁,我认为他跟lebron相当,
或者说不能分出高下. |

我以前用过ankle weight,但结果根本不能走路,一走路就滑了下去,脚踝处都被绑的
负重磨破了,很痛。想想也是,脚上的负重很难固定的,不知大家有什么好的办法么,
或者ankle weight本来就不是用来走路跑步的。 (以前一直想腿上脚上能负重跑,走
路,但一直不知道该买什么去绑)
有人用过weighted vest么,这个估计就是训练下耐力,不怎么锻炼肌肉。
很喜欢负重这类训练,因为平时可以一直穿着练习,不用专门花时间,不挑地点。
哑铃的话,一般就是买那种1个set, 5-25lb 那种? |

parallel on any of the reps. If you can break parallel with much lighter
weight, most likely it's not ankle mobility issue. People who are not able
to hit parallel due to ankle mobility issues normally can't hit depth with
even bodyweight without falling over. Test with with an empty bar and see if
you can go below parallel. If you can break parallel with just a bar, then
