ligaments all that much, unless you have really short muscles to begin
with. Stretching the tendons is fine but don't go overboard and put
too much stress on your ligaments, because it could hurt your joint
stability.
Stretching can elongate muscles and prevent injuries, and
longer muscles = bigger muscles = more power = better performance

kicking: 100 with fins, 100 with kick board (head above water), 100 with
kick board (head under water except when breathing), repeat. Flex ankles and
try to point toes at the wall behind me. I don't know how to know for sure
that I am kicking from my hip, not my knees. As far as I can tell, my legs

动伸直。
后脚跟应该刚刚提到水面,出一些水花,没有不行,多了也不好。
我觉得你breathe,stroke,kick都没练好,这样做全套动作只能事半功倍,还是step
by step吧,先把breathe练好。
你能轻松自如的floating吗,能sink down water吗?不能得话,啥也别干,先把这两

department store,包括dillards,macys,根本没有0p,有0p的是ann taylor, banana
republic,这几家的dress都是knee length, 没有ankle length的。还没有去过NORDSTROM,不知道选择会不会多一点,反正他家网上没有。
wedding dress由ankle length,但是style完全不对路。
比较保守的style,我找过talbots, jjill, white house black market什么的,全部都没有0p。
还有什么思路? |
