买的是新房,贷款37万,首付超过50%，信用分数780,准备贷30年fixed，我们是跟builder做贷款,因为builder会给1.5万的financing,因为新房还在建，半年后才能close，所以这份只是预估的费用，也不能lock rate。我知道预估一般都往高估，但是好像高得也离谱了点，常听到大家说closing cost才几千刀，我这个妈呀都上万了,哭~~~~~~实在不太放心

public annoucement for every stock owned? I mean READ, not quick glance? How
valuable you think it will help?
My personnel experience is it helps. Even under abnormal market, I can still
manage minimum 30-35% return per annum in the last two years. However, the
downside is obvious, I can't do many trades as a lot of fans here.
