荐过另外一个平底不粘锅（Calphalon Commercial Nonstick 10-Inch International
Griddle），今天说的这套Circulon Infinite锅比以前推荐的更好用呢。
Circulon Infinite Twin Pack 10-Inch & 12-Inch Open Skillets
【优点】：
1. 材质：这套锅的锅底是不锈钢的，锅身是hard anodized aluminum材质，在手上掂
量一下就知道很有份量。煤气灶、电灶都可以用。
2. 锅底平坦。摊鸡蛋饼，摊出来的厚度很均匀。
3. 试验过多种食材，实践证明，锅身一点儿都不沾。
4. 那个12寸的锅子，可以当作炒锅用。它的锅身比一般的open skillet要深一些，可
以用于一般的中国式炒菜。
【缺点】：
1. 太重。那个12寸的大锅子，我一只手颠锅比较费力。
2. 由于材质比较厚，所以锅子预热比较慢。其预热速度是我的cast iron wok预热速度

carbon/graphite anode material with one composed of silicon-nanowires. This

放整个heater的水，麻烦不说，还浪费水。
5年左右检查一下anode rod。腐蚀厉害的话，换一更根。据说这样下来water heater可
以用2,3十年没有问题。 |

for Aluminum, for Steel, there are other method, like blueing, and Taflon
coating...
For camos, Duracoat is a good choice. However, nothing is un-abradable, to
keep in mind. |
