你需要CHECK "Anonymous", 这样FTP软件在LOGIN 在时候会以ANONYMOUS为
用户名，随便一个密码登录FTP SERVER。如果你在IE里打开相应的LINK，
IE会自动认为ANONYMOUS的，所以你不需要干什么。
如果服务器要求用户名和密码，那你就必须在FTP软件里输入相应的名字
才能登陆。如果你想直接用IE打开，则必须用以下格式的LINK：

如果这个FTP SERVER用了不同的端口，则还需跟随上端口号。

RoamingGhost 网友的信为模板写了一封公开信，对Lab Rule 3提出了质疑。如果
你搜索 "Kubiak UCSD"的话，应该会发现这封信出现在很靠前的位置。这封信发
表之后收到了好几个网友的回复，其中包括两个曾经在Kubiak实验室工作过的亚
裔学生。不久之前我又看到UCSD官方的 《An apology for insensitive
comments on Professor Kubiak's research lab website》 。那两个亚裔学生
的回复以及UCSD官方的表态，让我觉得，我们不应在此事上过分上纲上线，穷追
不舍。能放手处既放手，得饶人处且饶人。理由如下：
第一：Kubiak教授人本质上应该不坏。Lab Rule 3应该算是开了一个不聪明的玩
